Great boutique hotel, it met with our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. There was private parking available.

Overall decent

Communication with staff was rigid. I asked to spend 30 min in the breakfast room for a tea or coffee with a friend (paid of course) and we were given vague info, pretty much saying that we cant be accomodated. It was weird because there were barelly few peopple around. Felt like the staff didnt really want to go the extra step and help.

Close to the city center, parking, clean room, friendly staff

Walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors, could be an inconvenience for some.

The beds were SO comfortable and the sleep was the best sleep I had in Romania. Very nice staff and parking in the back. The shower was amazing! So much pressure and so hot.

Breakfast was really nice, but I don't think they expected me right at 7am because the meat was still refrigerator cold even though it was in the warmer.

Well appointed hotel room with easy walk to the town center. Staff was attentive when needed. Parking was convenient in the back of the complex.

This is the sweetest hotel. Private parking in the internal yard. Lovely hospitality. The room was shining clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is very nice and pretty and the water pressure is excellent. We loved it here!

More attention needs to be given to cleanliness, I mean the details. For example, in the bathroom, hair after the door and dirt marks, the sink drain doesn't work very well.

Nicoletta and the staff were very kind and attentive and helped us with luggage and safe keeping on the next day.

We arrive at night with 6 suitcases and a few trollies to find out our rooms were on the 1st floor and there is NO ELEVATOR in the hotel...It wasn't stated anywhere, not even in the confirmation message. That's definitely something need to be stated clearly.

The woman who met us was so great to walk us to our room, explain everything to us for directions and the way the entrances function. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom large, and there was plenty of free parking. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I appreciate the fact that there was a possibility to make yourself a coffee or a tea in the room, but a bottle of complimentary water would have been nice too. Also, there’s no refrigerator in the room.

We had a very good time, it was very clean and nice, high quality breakfast and very nice and friendly personeel. We would definitely go back again ❤️

There was nothing that we didn't like, we enjoyed everything.?The only thing we didn't like it was that we had to short time and we could stay only one night.

We stayed here for one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were quite comfortable and everything worked perfectly fine. Both reception ladies were very courteous, friendly and helpful! Also, excellent location and great breakfast! For me, this hotel checks all the boxes!Highly recommended! We will definitely try to come back again!

A small and nice hotel in the city center, with everything you need. Very nice staff, ready to help you with anything you need. Same breakfast every day, bad coffee
