The room was not hovered properly even if I checked in late afternoon! The bathroom had marks of soap everywhere I have asked for my room to be changed and they did change it but that room was also kind of the same so I have just kept quiet !!! The towels had a horrible smell like unwashed I could not use them after the shower I had to ask for new ones!!!

The staff was so unprofessional!!! They were rude and could not be bothered to deal with a situation!!! I have stayed there for about a week and on a Sunday evening they had a party in the restaurant with live music I could hear them like they where in my room went to reception to ask when are they going to finish and I have been told that they don’t know so I could not sleep until 1 in the night when they where gone!!!

Outstanding Service and Hospitality!I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and I must say that the staff truly made my experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the parking attendants, who were incredibly helpful and efficient in assisting with my car. The bell staff immediately stepped in to help with my luggage, making sure everything was handled with care and professionalism.At the reception, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a willingness to assist with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, with the front desk staff ensuring I had all the necessary information about my stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making me feel truly valued as a guest.Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was courteous, friendly, and eager to help. Their dedication to providing top-notch service was evident in every interaction. It's rare to find a team so committed to making guests feel at home, and I genuinely appreciate their hard work.If you're looking for a hotel where service is a priority, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

this hotel is the best hotel ive ever stayed all over the world . the sheets and towels are changed every day , the room is cleaned and vacuumed every day . the staff is very very friendly and helpful . im a smoker so the big balcony , which has a wonderful view of all the city center , is just perfect .

Cakes and cheeses were so delicious. Boiled eggs were not fresh, they were most probably waited and transferred from previous day.

The room was so cool. They are giving 1 bottle of water with free as a complimentory, only one time. I stayed on there during 3 nights but they gave me only 1 bottle of water. It is not understandable. The water should be given for each day.

Very clean, polite and friendly staff, in the center of the city. Good and varied breakfast options. Overall a good experience and we most likely will return if we have more business in the area.

In the q&a sections that they say you can pay with vacation vouchers but at the reception we were told we can't as we reserved through booking and the only way to pay with the vacation voucher was if we would have called the reception directly to book the stay. Another thing for us were the pillows which were way too soft even for someone who typically prefers softer pillows. I'm certain this is just a matter of taste and it would be impossible to please all preferences for every minor detail but it does speak about our personal experience.

The hotel is modern and looks great. It's clean, and the beds are super comfortable. The staff is nice and kind, and the service is good. The location is the best!

The location of the IBIS is great for anyone visiting Pitesti as it is in the city centre and close to shops, restaurants and cafes.

After travelling to Pitesti for a family wedding, we were disappointed that there wasn’t an ironing board or iron in the room. I asked at reception but they didn’t have one. Also there was not enough coffee & sugar in the rooms & no milk offered. The view from the hotel windows at the back is of an untidy & unsightly area which can also be viewed from the dinning area. Would be nice when eating a meal to look out onto a nice view. The staff although helpful, came across distant & unwelcoming

Right in the city center, comfortable beds and air conditioning, good WiFi, supermarket, shops and restaurants all around for anything you need.

We had an issue with the shower, it leaked with every shower and the bathroom floor would be flooded. The room was cleaned and the staff was kind and said they will fix it, but it happened again the next day.

Clean, bright, modern rooms. The balcony was great. Breakfast was good and diverse. Parking available in front upon request.

Old hotel refurbished partially, old doors, old electrical appliances, breakfast very cheap and very few options, way too expensive for what it worths
