Great surprise was the SPA! After long motorcycle trip, sauna was the best part!

Breakfast good. Still not orange Juice. Lovely decor.

Facilities advertised but not available. No pool or sauna open that day bar and restaurant closed by 9pm. No air conditioning.

Size of junior suite, 2 big bedrooms, sleeping sofa for 2 persons in the 2. bedrooms, double bed in bedroom 1. Spa is included and parking garage for free Breakfast which was included was also tasty and tempting. The hotel has a classic stylish appearance.

Water leak in my room, then changed the room

Everything! The breakfast is awful, poor, the beds are just so unconfortable, the furniture is so old and dusty …

Location is very good, plenty of parking, very friendly staff, looks exceptional from outside.

The rooms have a smell, the shower was leaking from under, the shower head was spraying everywhere. For one of the 2 rooms booked there was no hot water coming, the side facility has no elevator so had to go up and down 2 floors with luggage. For similar price staid in Germany best western and was spotless.

Clean room, good breakfast, available parking slots, attitudes of personnel.

Room; no decent chair to work on at the desk, Some 18th century uncomfortable stool…..No coffee maker, no complementary water, no water cooker. Just a massively big room ….Bathroom has seen its’ best time. Clean, but the silicone edges dirty or missing not a pretty sight.

The hotel is in a beautiful building but in a bit of a state of disrepair, especially the side building. Room with old furniture, we had to collect clothes hangers from other rooms, small and uncomfortable bathroom, dark entrance to the building, difficult to find the switch. Perhaps in past years, this was a 4-star hotel, but everything is in the past. I was just pleased with the parking and breakfast. The hotel is quite suitable for a short stay.

Excellent restaurant, clean and comfortable room.

Breakfast - one of the poorest I ever had. Cheap products, few choices.Room - outdated furnishes, no kettle, no hotel accessories as shower cap, cosmetics, etc. Poor mattress.

The pool area was excellent and the parking arrangements were helpful

There was an electricity blackout for most of my stay so usual facilities unavailable. No one approached to see if any assistance needed in the dark and no apology for inconvenience. Power was back for breakfast but it was cold and no one available in the dining area to assist. Food quality was below standard, anyway.

Big room, amazingly confortable and it also has a SPA with big indoor pool.

The room was bigger than expected. The breakfast was good.

After checking in late in the evening, my husband and I went out for dinner. Upon returning to our room, we were horrified to find that the entire room and bathroom were infested with cockroaches. They were everywhere. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 4-star.It was late, so we informed the receptionist about the issue, stating that we would address it further with the manager during our checkout the next day. However, in the morning, the manager was nowhere to be found. Instead, the receptionist informed us that the cockroaches had entered the room from the terrace, which couldn't be further from the truth. It was clear that the infestation was due to a severe lack of proper pest control. To make matters worse, when we inspected the terrace later that night, it was swarming with cockroaches of all sizes.The manager’s decision to avoid addressing our concerns personally and leaving the receptionist to handle the situation shows a lack of responsibility and poor management. This experience was extremely distressing, and I would never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone else.

Checking out - as the quality of this hotel was very poor from start to finish

The hotel is tired, the evening meal was of very low quality, I ordered a mixed salad but got a plate full of iceberg lettuce with a sliced of lemon?? Breakfast was just as poor, coffee machine only produced warm black coffee, the toaster did not work, bacon & Sausage was swimming in fat, Had to go to McDonald’s. Also I asked to speak to the Duty manger, but was not available??

Good location, right in the centerPool and spa is a big plus.
