Hotel Chais Monnet & Spa

The room was very comfortable. Great bed and amazing shower.The SPA is very clean and not noisy with kids "jumping around".Great breakfast and dinner.

Great location, amazing restaurant and brasserie. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms and facilities are simply top of the range. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We were impressed with the room. The service was good and the hotels restaurant very good.

We were not impressed by the breakfast service was mediocre. Food presentation was mediocre on the dining room and impressive.

The room is big and comfortable.

I asked the hotel to help me to reserve the Hennessy tour one month ago, but they didn't book for me. I booked the room with two breakfasts, but I can't find it on my bookings and email they sent to me. I didn't take a screenshot when I booked. The same thing has happened once before in booking.com.The breakfast is €35 for one person, it's so expensive but nothing to eat, only five kinds of hot food.

Didn't have breakfast. Used the restaurant on a couple of occasions .food was fabulous service outstanding.

Would have liked to have had an afternoon tea .small sandwiches cake .or a light snack.

Ok so Booking.com booked us into a hotel that was closed for a private function.So no restaurant no bar and no SPA. The staff put a car at our disposal and arranged alternatives for us.Great

The terrace was neglected, full of weeds. It would be better with the same tile look and stile as the entrance pathway.

This was the second time I’d stayed here and the setting is absolutely stunning. For someone travelling solo there is so much available within the vicinity such as restaurants, bars, spa, pool etc. The staff are always very professional and friendly and the rooms are gorgeous.

There is nothing to dislike. I’d stay here 100 times over!

Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities and great food. Everything was exactly as pictured on booking.comWe were later than expected arriving due to traffic, reception staff went out of their way to ensure we could still eat dinner and we followed this with drinks on the roof terrace where there was a pianist and excellent cocktails.5* service and facilities without any snobbery - perfect

Absolutely outstanding hotel. Incredible blend of historic and modern, great location and incredible roof terrace. My only regret is not staying 2 nights.

Breakfast Not great and outrageously expensive (35€ per person!!!!!!)

Staff and service excellent throughout the hotel. Jazz bar staff a little below par in relation to their colleagues. Food in La Distillerie excellent as always. AC in the bedrooms ok and could be improved to cope with heat waves and increasing temperatures.

Stayed with friends for 60th birthday. Everything about the hotel is amazing and the staff really make it the most fantastic place to stay, the whole team is fabulous. A special thank you to the waiter at dinner who helped steer a tricky guest out of our way! Very attentive and professional. Thank you so much for the upgrade to suites for my friends and I. Spotlessly clean, fabulous food in the restaurant, very relaxing peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Great rooftop bar.

A lovely room, exceptionally quiet and great facilities. Close to the town and the staff couldn't be more helpful and made the experience very memorable.

The price was on the high side considering breakfast was included and drinks were also on the high side, but paying the price for a 5* experience so I should have appreciated better that the whole experience was going to be on the high side.

Breakfast buffet was reasonable but limited fresh fruit. Evening dining was also adequate and overall good. The Jazz bar was never open so the only bar for a pre dinner drink was rooftop bar. Not really comfortable or free from the weather. Gym and pool very good. Suite we had was well furnished with 2 wardrobes.

Apart from bar nothing.
