Hôtel François Premier Cognac Centre

Great location. Friendly staff.

It is a bit difficult to navigate in the parking garage. Space between the two rows of cars is narrow, making it difficult to back out of a parking space when it is full.

Fabulous location!

Great location but very noisy. Nice rooms.

Poor bathroom amenities. No shampoo. Parking system needs to be more automated. Rooms were too hot.

Beautiful location and parking at he hotel was excellent and secure. We booked a deluxe room and it was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at checking in and out was exceptionally friendly and kind!!

Nothing - all was great!

Very good location. Very clean and staff was excellent

Amazing location, good parking facilities and the staff were very helpful

Room could’ve been a bit cleaner, there were old cobwebs in the bottom corners under the bed

The service. The manager and the staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. It was brutally hot and the central air conditioning failed . They did everything that they could to accomodate the guests. The location was very good.

Well kept property on a great location with an excellent cocktail bar and fantastic staff

Extra charge for breakfast

Nice receptionists. Hotel was clean throughout. Rich and tasty breakfast with friendly waiting staff. Spacious room andvery comfortable bed. Hotel is underrated at 9.1 on Booking.com per my opinion. It is an old historic building located at center of Cognac. I would rate it at 9.9 in consideration of old carpet although it is clean.

Such a lovely hotel with a lovely view over roof tops from our room. Very comfortable and a delicious breakfast . Easy parking in ground level car park .

Location, room, breakfast, bar

Taxi that was arranged did not pick us up and we had to walk 20 minutes with luggage to the train station at 5:45 am in the dark.

Great location, friendly staff, comfort parking

Location is excellent Hotel is stylish and clean.Convenient parking

A bit noisy in early morning but to be fair that’s the same in any city centre hotel

Great central location, had bike on top of car but hotel parking was easy, upgraded & room was brilliant, breakfast was delightful. Only downside was air conditioning didn't work.

Nice room great shower great breakfast and fantastic position

Centre of the town, breakfast very acceptable, nice welcome and hostess, reception manager very pleassant and helpfull

Noosy very noosy, boom, boom, boom for couple of hours from the street so I can not imagine during a week-end!The space into the room, typicall small and French, rather than having a larhe bathroom including toilet and shower, 1 bathroom 2 squareM and toilet 1 SquareM... Even renovated this hotel smell old fashion...

Spacious and very nice room. Good beds. Fantastic breakfast. Excellent staff.

Pretty building with great parking in a great location. Very nice helpful staff.

The staff was the friendliest I have ever experienced. Every person was so kind and helpful. The room was beyond my expectations - impeccably clean. Outstanding shower and bathroom. Inside parking. Excessive breakfast choices.

I did not like having only stayed one night.

Very central location for walking to shops and restaurants. Room generously proportioned and very nicely decorated. Bed was large and very comfortable. The massage was exceptional. Breakfast was excellent and most importantly the staff were helpful and friendly.

The swimming pool was a little small for actual swimming and as a plunge pool the water was not warm enough. The steam room and general pool area needed a bit of cleaning/maintenance.
