Welcoming helpful staff. Quiet but very central location. Very comfy and spacious bed. Spotlessly clean and great shower
Lack of sockets especially by the bed to charge phone etc. No tea/hot drink making facilities in the room which could be offered as an option not all the time.
Inexpensive but very comfortable hotel to stay. Would recommend.Staff extremely polite and accommodating. We were delayed on a long journey from the UK and therefore late to arrive but the receptionist stayed late after 11pm especially - can't ask for more.
The location was excellent for the city centre and the hotels cleanliness. It hotel was going through a refit. New bathrooms but the doors could do with a paint. A minor point.
