We loved the ease or arrival - greeted by Laurie who relaxed us and welcomed our poodle who is extremely we trained and travelled Nothing was too much trouble . Just what you need travelling from Spain to the UK A great stop over

Great bed great room great friendly people. Nice and clean. Breakfast was help yourself all you could eat Would definitely stay again. Great location.

Clean, comfortable, simple rooms. Allowed our dog to stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good and parking free and simple.

Didn't do evening meals and quality of surrounding restaurants on the industrial estate was fairly low. We ordered excellent pizza from Niort though!

The room was great, well maintained and clean. The reception was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the Restaurant next door "Buffalo Grill" was very good. Important to us was the Dog friendliness of the hotel.

Great for an overnight stay on our journey back to the UK by car with our dog. The hotel is attractive with well thought through colour schemes and furnishings. The room, although small, is neat and clean, with everything we needed for our stay and the bed was very comfortable. We asked for a room on the ground floor which they kindly accommodated, very handy to be able to take the dog out through the additional exit door without having to go into the main lobby/reception area. Parking was right outside our room which was also a bonus. Convenient for restaurants, boulangerie etc. We’ve stayed twice now and will come back!

No evening food facilities on site was a big negative! The adjoining, recommended 'Buffalo Bill' eaterie was completely unsuitable, but their staff were charming!

Immaculately clean. Nice rooms. Super comfortable mattresses. Superb breakfast with loads of choice. Really good value at €76 including breakfast & city tax when I stayed early November. Would highly recommend.

€5.50 for a cold 70cl bottle of Vittel still water was a bit steep.

I always choose this hotel when passing by Niort. Great location. Very Clean.

I ordered a twin room for one person. Uncomfortable sleep as the twin beds were joined together and I kept finding myself rolled into the middle of the two.

An excellent Kyriad, with clean rooms and spacious bathroom. Although there is no restaurant, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, even one next door. As other travellers have said, the breakfast is superb with plenty of choice.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed very clean room & close to several restaurants, also reasonable priced.

Easy to find, in an industrial estate, but was quiet with plenty of places to eat around.the hotels itself was clean and the staff friendly, the room was good value for money, clean and comfy.

Room was very spacious. We asked for a twin room and got a family room on the 2nd floor. Everything was very clean and in excellent working condition. Recommended.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I am not complaining but some cooked bacon (or similar) would be welcome for breakfast to go along with the omelette. Great range of breads, cheese, etc.

An exceptional stay at this budget hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room of a good size with a comfortable large bed.Although there is no restaurant there are numerous within a short walk.The breakfast as very good with a variety of fayre.

Rooms small but suited our needs.Lovely and clean and beds comfortable.

Took some finding but after a couple of goes around the roundabouts we did ok.....

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was basic but fulfilled our needs. Bathroom was well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent continental breakfast with lots of choice.

No coffee and tea making facilities in the room apart from a kettle. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

The bed was super soft and comfy. Compact room but very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
