Close to the beach, nice pool, very helpful staff

Wi fi is very bad, most of the time didn’t even work.

Worst experience of my stays so far

Location was bad. Between beach and hotel you have to follow a route among the very tall buildings and narrow dirty roads. Also the room was smelling of damp. Once I wanted to cancel my second day they requested full 2 days price and there were no manager around. Then I changed my dates via app but that time they charged extra 10 eur for booking.com commission upto their reasoning.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the location close to the beach.

The hotel was very welcoming , I loved the staff they were very friendly to us I loved how they decorated the hotel hall for Christmas, it was heart-warming Overall i would definitely come again ?

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. There is a beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. The bed was super comfy. I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 11 am.

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The breakfast was 10/10. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room was not available when we arrived (at 6 PM). After a half an hour we got the presidential suite, no communication on why we were given another room. Dirty, beds broken, tiles from the pool were loose, dead plants in the entrance, ... We decided not the stay and moved to another hotel.

The pool was large and there were free sun loungers at the beach. The staff was friendly.

No towels and bed sheets for 7 hours after arriving. Needed repeated nagging to eventually get them. Room was smelly. One of the mattress' was completely worn. The pool and sun loungers and much of the rest of the hotel desperately needed renovation. The breakfast was rather fair.

Great location, close to the city center and just 150 meters away from the beach. Very nice swimming pool. The staff was very nice and we were granted an early check-in around 11.30 am.

None of the staff spoke our language (Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian).

The hotel is for charter all inclusive plans. Full of old people and kids. Staff was not well informed about transportation nor activities.
