Hotel Arvi

I liked the location of the hotel down by the water. The hotel is very clean. The employees were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

I had a salad that had too much salad dressing on it. I wish I would have asked for the salad dressing on the side. It rained while I was there and my feet got soaked.

Hotel was excellent in all regards. Nice rooms, free breakfast, great location.

Only had 2 problems:- private parking lot was blocked by cars, forcing us to park in a pay lot 1/2 km away for several hours. When I tried to explain that we could not park, the reception person did not understand our problem. After 1600 hours, we were able to enter. The other issue was a large electronic billboard that flashed into our window all night.

The staff were absolutely superb. I was on a multi week endurance race, and was quite cranky when I arrived. However, Jerica (at reception) and the male bartender on duty went out of their way to be kind to me. And the same thing with the overnight male reception staff. The air conditioner was also great. The room was very clean. But best of all the staff were super nice and caring.

Absolutely beautiful place, kind and different languages speaking staff, room was clean, food was nice, definitely will be a guest there again.

Really great hotel, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, lovely breakfast, kind staff, nice terrace, beautiful lobby.

Rooms were a little bit small, would have been nice to have a kettle and some coffee in the room.

Disappointing

Be careful about staying an extra night in this hotel, prices change from day to day. booked through Booking for €95 and then “magically” the second night not planned costs €120. Be VERY careful

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff, nice outdoor seating area and close to local attractions. Room had good air con, mini fridge, sea view, comfy beds

the staff were very friendly upon our arrival. the guy at the reception upgraded us for free as there were some free rooms available. the suite room was just stunning with breathtaking views to the sea. spacious and cosy. we felt better than at home. the location is great, just one minute walk from the amphitheatre and the old wall and in front of the promenade.

there were many mosquitoes in the room but it was out fault since we left the balcony door open for a few hours.

Great breakfast. Beach is across the street. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. In walking distance to many sites.

The location and view ...Nice and helpful staff .they upgrade our room to superior free.

The bathroom dosent have the (Shattafa) which is small shower beside the toilet seat

Hotel very well located, right by the seaside promenade. The hotel is old and needs to be refreshed, but the difficulties are compensated by the fantastic, helpful staff :)Breakfasts are acceptable, but could be better - especially the coffee. If you want to stay in Durres for 1-2 nights, I recommend it, for a long stay it is not suitable.

Elevator, corridors need refreshing

Great location. (It is the other side of the port from the main beach, but really near to the old town with its sights, restaurants, etc, and some smaller beaches.) Nice room with seaview. Single room - refreshing that a hotel caters for solo travellers! Good buffet breakfast.

Excellent choice of hotel! Excellent location! Right near all the attractions and great restaurants, harbour etc. Very good breakfast and bar with outside veranda. Has off street safe parking, a lift and a massage chair in the foyer!

Nice location

First room A/C didn’t work, second room wasn’t tidied up and cleaned (bed was a mess and there was stains in it). 3rd room was nice. Just irritating and very tiring having to change rooms so much with a toddler at 4 AM in the morning

Great location in front of seaside of Durres with parking. Room was really comfortable and with an amazing view of the seaside of Durres

Very good hotel. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Good breakfast and lovely sea view.
