Envy Hotel

Breakfast was great.The bar on the top of the building was great.The location, just in the middle of the old city was great.

Slight noise from some water pump from the ceiling.

The location is excellent for walking to the center or the beach. very good service from the staff. Excellent breakfast.

The room was a little hot and we need to open the window during the night.

I loved the location, and the thing that rooms were sound proof - outside was noisy, but when windows are closed you hear nothing. Also room was spacious and clean

Would be good if there would be disposable toothbrushes & toothpaste. Also the breakfast is quite limited - there are 4 options , but they are almost same.

From check-in to checkout we had a marvelous stay. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and very classy. The room was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The room was a very good size with extra seating areas and a nice desk area. Full length mirror and a tooth brush holder which is always nice! The breakfast was great and there were plenty of choices. There is a roof top bar and the downstairs bar was plush. The location was perfect, short walks to beach and attractions.

Breakfast was fantastic. You fill out a checklist of what you want for breakfast and at what time range, they know when you are in the breakfast room and will bring it to you. The choices were plenty, with cheeses, cold meats, eggs, yoghurt and fruits, breads, juices, coffee, tea, etc..

Not close to the beaches.Staff were average. The breakfast that was provided took twice as long as they couldn’t multi task and bring the coffee with milk & orange juice or bread basket with butter. We were there for 3 nights??‍♀️

It is really nicely decorated and located on right position. Walking distance to the sea as well to the main street. I like that around it we could find also nice spots to hand out and enjoy a coffee. The staff was friendly as well. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. I like the elegance and general atmosphere. I wish they served coctails at top of the hotel.

The only thing that would be a good addition is parking. We couldn’t find a public one abatible close to it, so they allowed us to park right in front of the hotel. It was good for our convenience but I wish we could park our car somewhere else, so it doesn’t bother other guests when they are entering. Otherwise, no bad things. You should book it definitely.

Room was gorgeous (especially the bathroom!) and very clean. Staff were super helpful and the customer service was fab.

A fabulous holiday from start to finish, a beautiful hotel, all the staff were friendly and helpful, the food is amazing and plenty of choice for everyone. The rooms are amazing with fabulous views.The location of the hotel is lovely, a short walk from the beach.I would definitely recommend Envy hotel.

The location is nice， near to all places we wanted to see. Rooms are beautiful.

The hotel has not parking， and it is almost impossible to find a free parking nearby. I finally found a parking place which I paid 10 Euro for overnight.

We had a super nice holiday thanks to the thoughtful staff. Our suitcase had not arrived with us at the same time due to an error by the flight company. We were also not sure if it was at the airport the following day. So that was quite stressful and then the staff offered to drive us to the airport to see if the suitcase was there. Finally found it and immensely grateful.We got lots of great suggestions from the staff to go to. The staff are immensely nice and are very committed!The hotel looks beautiful inside and out! Besides, it's cool that you can also go to the rooftop for drinks (cocktails) and socialising. Breakfast in the morning is tasty and up to expectations.The room is clean and the air conditioning works very well, so it's always nice and cool. The rain shower is nice to rinse the seawater.

The Hotel is nicely situated and is very close to all sightseeing sites. We came late at night and most of the restaurants where closed. Nevertheless, the owner managed to organised dinner for us. Thank you again for the help , we appreciated the stay and will come again when we visit Durres

Nicely designed, very friendly staff.As the hotel doesn’t have parking at the location, they took the car and parked it safely in the neighbourhood

Place is great, city centered, good bed and large bathroom. Extremely comfortable. Staff is great super friendly and super helpful. One of the best places in town.

Level of cleanness could be improved, Its a 4-stars wannabe, No 4 star breakfast , you need to write stuff on paper about what you want to eat, minibar on pay. It cost about 1/3 on what is the monthly minimal wage in Albania per night. 105-120€ per night, not worthy for that price. A lot of room for improvement.

No parking even though it was advertised, but seems to be a standard practice in Albania ?
