Location, style

No towels, no hot water. Breakfast is extremely expensive

We took advantage of the Spa in the suite after a long day on an Amazon tour, which we organised through the Hotel. The staff really went out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous stay.

Although we had a small mix up with pricing initially, this was overcome overnight and we were even offered a BIG box of chocolates. We accepted graciously, then returned them to the staff to share with their families. We didn’t need the extra pounds!

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to change rooms. The breakfast was simple, filling, and the eggs were cooked to order. The location was great.

I should have read more info— hot water is only available in suites. WiFi was inconsistent.

Ideally located in Leticia' main street. Quiet hotel with a good local restaurant nearby.

No hot water but it is often so in Amazonia.

The air conditioning was great and the pool was beautiful. The front desk staff were very helpful and the location was within walking distance of our tour company and everything we needed.

Was told there was breakfast and it was closed. They told us to go to another restaurant and pay for it instead.

Allowed us to check in early. We arrived about 9.30am having come on a boat from Iquitos. The pool was amazing to cool off in. Beds were comfy with decent pillows.

Breakfast was up on the third floor quite a hike up of stairs are not your thing.

lights didn't work all the timethe hallway creates a lot of echo so when people are talking it's very loud in the room

Good location with supplies store and restaurant right next door. Room was clean so was a good choice for a short stop over.

Way way too noisy. I’m a deep sleeper so didn’t bother me during the night but the internal corridor means you hear everything when people are walking by. Lighting in the room was pink.

Clean, budget friendly hotel in downtown Leticia. Fairly basic facilities but we had a big room with a King size bed which was clean and comfortable. Quiet too (on a Saturday night!). Shower cold but ok for the climate there. Right next door is a super restaurant serving local Colombian food - Tierras Amazonicas. The hotel desk sells Mojojoy (live weevil grubs) as snacks for 5000 cop!

The young woman at reception was not particularly helpful when we arrived but she did warm up somewhat after we kept chatting to her

Had to knock on locked front door 2 times nobody in the reception lobby at least 5-7 minutes each night... Other nights I was in early I heard other people knocking to get in also .... Bad wifi ..internet , super Bad wifi .. next time in Leticia I will try another hotel because of the bad internet

It is convenient and well located. Just right for one night. There are many restaurants and farmacies around.

The room looked a bid old, and they left the rooms with the doors open, so when we arrived late in the afternoon, the room was already fool of moskitos. They don't have a protective cover l or anything that protect you from moskitos

Nice hotel! Check-in was easy, and the room was great! The shower was your standard shower in colombia, but what was unusual (and awesome) was that the room had A/C! The room also had a mini fridge with really cheap drinks! So unusual, usually those are crazy expensive haha.The breakfast room was a little tricky to find, but once we found it it was great! Lots of food and juice options. There's a pool as well but we didn't wind up going in.Great little hotel and it had A/C, would definitely stay here again!

Maybe better directions or map to the breakfast room, everything else was great :)

It was acceptable but not the best.

They didn't want to recognize I had a reservation including breakfast. Also, they sell a tour that is a tourist trap called "Mundo Amazónico".

The pool was nice to cool down on a hot day. Aircon worked pretty well. The lady at the breakfast was very nice ☺️The restaurant neext to the hotel is great. Very very good food

Leticia is very loud and not really worth to stay longer than a night as a stop in between.Way to expensive for what you get!
