Great location, the best, one block from the riverfront to connect with boats. There is an excursion office in the hotel. The excursions are well priced. The hotel staff is very friendly. There is a beautiful pool in the back. If you want quiet, ask for a room facing the back. If you want a balcony and an active street view, ask for a front facing room. Free WiFi in lobby, restaurant, and pool area. Great air conditioning in the room. Large shower with warm water. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is very well located and has a very good swimming pool, which is a haven. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Hotel was clean and comfortable enough for the price. My mum and I had a layover in Leticia before heading onto Puerto Narino for an Amazon tour, and this hotel was good for a quick stop off as we arrived late at night on the flight from Bogota. The hotel kindly made us a takeaway breakfast which was appreciated as we had to leave the hotel very early the following morning, before breakfast was served.

More about the area and less about the hotel itself, but Leticia is quite a hectic and busy town, despite it being in the Amazon. I would definitely recommend heading deeper into the region if you want a more nature-heavy experience.

The pool is big and beautiful. There is aircondition.

There is no WiFi in the rooms, only in the ground floor and even there it is bad. The pool is very popular among locals as well, so expect big crowds and day parties including noise from the pool area. The amount of people that comes to the pool compromises the cleanliness of the pool in the evening and we experienced that pool was closed for cleaning the entire next morning until noon - even though it was supposed to open from 9 am. “American breakfast” was included. It was definitely not American and it was not to our liking (we are Danish). The temperature in the shower in our room couldn’t be changed so we had to endure a very hot shower in the Amazonian heat. Will not recommend this place, it was not worth the price compared to other options in the city.

With whatsapp in spanish they organized us a tour already before arriving, we paid 50% in advance and the rest when checking in. Their agency is also right next to the reception and our experience with them was good, we do not regret choosing it. Location of the hotel is good, it is about 5 minute walk from main square and basically everything of interest for tourists also. You can take cheap 1 euro tuktuks infront of the hotel, also taxies were already parked there in the morning for potential people leaving to the airport. Tuktuk to airport is 10000cop and taxi is 20000cop, if they ask for more, just ask next one. At the hotel restaurant there was a young man speaking english and very friendly, he did good impression. There is wifi but mostly only works in the lobby and I think common places. They offer reservations with dinner included I think, but I would recommend just to walk around and try local food in restaurants around, probably you go to amazonas for the full experience and not to stay in hotel.

Booking message was ignored, we only got reply on whatsapp in spanish. Reception only talked in spanish. Room was cleaned every day but it never really felt completely clean, probably due to hotel being already worn out a bit. In the shower there is only cold water switch. There is no fridge or minibar. I believe there are some rules that hotel can only be 4 stars with minibar, and in general, without warm water, I hardly can say it can be more than maybe 3 stars. It is understandable place is in amazonas, but as a person who travels a lot I also want to be fair with feedbacks as I make my own reservations also based on what people write about it. There are several hotels with 4 stars around the world that offer almost luxury experience and compete with 5 stars places. Overall I liked the place, just I want to point out that most of the hotels out there put some fake stars and you should never decide based on stars. Breakfast is very basic. Not sure how they clean the pool, didnt notice any automatic filtering and when we were there in the evening some stuff was floating there. I still recommend the place.

There is no elevator, only stairs. So if you have heavy bags, be prepared, especially if you are on the 3rd or 4th floors.

the AC machine was super dirty, it seemed that it was never cleaned. The environment on the halways was also not so nice.

The location is perfect, close to everything, the people at the hotel are very friendly. The breakfast is very rich and varied. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the bathroom has hot water.

No internet, very shabby, staff not very helpful, poor quality on breakfast. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Probably the worst hotel we have been ever.
