Locations was quiet. Very clean Very nice and helpful receptionist when we arrived

Not much space to put down toiletteries in the bathroom. Not much space for suitcases ? and only one chair

Clean new building with reasonable facilities and good parking. Forty minute walk to lovely small town with good restaurants. Helpful staff.

On a small recent industrial area. Walking back from town through a residential area and lit underpass is a little unsettling at night. Extra towels and pillows would be welcome additions.

It provided exactly what we needed

The rooms were far too hot! I appreciate that being eco friendly avoids use of an AC but I don’t like fans either. The windows need a hook to help them stay open and in place as we could not keep them open wide enough at night as they came over the beds and caused us to bump into them.

Clean modern little hotel, 10 mins bike ride from old centre of Guerande. More like a youth hostel.

Room was unbelievably hot. Something about hot water pipes running through floors so heating couldn’t be controlled. Got no sleep due to heat and group of people having an outdoor party in the carpark from 8 pm to about 2 am. Hotel had lots of groups of teenagers staying. Seems to be facility for surrounding sports venues. Sterile, basic hotel. Staff spoke outside entrance and smoke wafts into hotel.

Location is totally impossible to find without satnav Map provided by booking.com is useless to someone without a smartphone or satnav [i.e. someone of an older generation.}

The staff were very efficient and the breakfast was large and varied. A bike shed had been added in the corner of the car park, a flimsy wooden shed but with a lock on the door and sheffield bike stands inside.

The single beds were actually touching one another and there was no room to separate them as the room was tiny.

Location is very convenient. Plenty of parking space.

Place looks dinghy and run down. Room is very small and only has basics and I mean basics. No AC, no hand soap or hand towels. It is very hot inside. Stuff is not in hurry to welcome you upon arrival.

Very clean hotel, seemed fairly new. The location is pretty far outside Guerande, on a side road alongside a dental clinic and a couple of other commercial enterprises, with poor signing, and took some finding, even with a GPS. Room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was plentiful and good.

The room had a big window which was welcome as there was a heatwave on. However, it opened the wrong way - ie, if you opened it to let in the air, it swung right across the bed, effectively barring anyone in bed behind a glass screen. It couldn't be fixed to open slightly, it was either tightly fastened or left to swing across the bed. We managed to fix up something with a length of wire, but it wasn't ideal, and you were still at risk of cracking your head on the window if you got up unwarily. This is something the designers should have considered - either hinge the window on the other side, or switch the bed round to a sideways position so that it was clear of the large heavy glass pane.

We were looking for a proper cheap hotel for one night and this came true. Good beds, good breakfast, free parking, friendly service. Everything was fine.

Good value for money hotel. Breakfast was ok, and also good value for money (5€).Quiet room, with enough space.

The shower cabin was too narrow and the taps are mounted on an unlogical place, making it even narrower. You easily hit your elbow on it.

The free private parking was great. We enjoyed the simple clean room.

Noisy with the window open. Far too hot without the window open. No ventilation apart from window in room. No windows in corridor. No air conditioning in corridor or room.

Very hot inside building due to non existent ventilation. Noisy at night due to nearby road and activities on adjoining business estate.

There were too many single use items (especially for an eco friendly hotel). The rooms were very hot and stuffy, and the bathroom sink didn't drain properly.

Excellent value for money - facilities were very clean and room was comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a good rest after a long day riding. Breakfast was also good and very reasonably priced.

Location was a bit harder to find and there was a camping/travel ground just behind the parking area though there were no problems.
