The staff was just fantastic. The breakfast was very good. And the location was great.

This is a very nice spa/hotel in a great location, not far from the oldest part of town as well as shops, markets, etc. Our room was comfortable and nicely updated.

We were on the ground floor, just around the corner from reception, and I would have asked for a different room ideally.

The location is walking distance to the train station and to the historical center and port area. The bed and pillows were comfy.

I don't know how this property got four stars; maybe it was the spa we never used. But the facilities were tight placed and poorly lit. The towels were like gym towels and there were essentially no toiletries…you'd think having a spa on the property would lead to lotions and other items in the rooms. The staff were efficient but curt and without the usual greetings.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They even had a QR code to put the directions to nearby free parking on your phone. The room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent.

Slightly outside the center, but that is actually an advantage when trying to park.

Great taff and large rooms VERY comfortable beds

The entire staff was excellent: the concierges, the breakfast staff and the housekeeping. On our arrival the concierge recommended two wonderful restaurants for dinner. The breakfast was excellent! Location was very convenient to the old town. This hotel is just one of the many reasons Vannes was our favorite city in Bretagne!

The location was good with easy access to the town centre and port.

Room 2 where we stayed was dark with no sunlights and its large floor to ceiling windows opened into a patio that staff used for smoking breaks.

The staff were extraordinary, the room very comfortable, the breakfast excellent and the location within walking distance of the center. We parked in the hotel garage, which although small, worked fine for us with our compact car.

Pretty good! As described and expected! comfortable. Nice bed. HUGE bathroom including spa tub.

The breakfast selection was good. The bedroom was clean. I enjoyed a very nice massage in the spa facility there. Parking onsite was convenient too.

The bedroom and bathroom were a bit on the small side, and the bed was a little too soft for our taste too.

The sauna and hammam were excellent, the room was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was very good. Good price/quality.

Perfect location, short walk to centre of Vannes, good breakfast. Super clean, very comfortable bed. Vannes was beautiful, lovely trips out to islands for day trips, cycling and swimming! Lots of ancient dolmens etc to explore!

Small shower room with separate toilet, would prefer one bathroom, but shower was great, good water pressure etc.

What we liked most, was breakfast. A very wide choice of tasty food and some vegan options which is not always obvious. The staff was friendly and polite. The location of the hotel is also good - a walking distance from the historic centre of Vannes.

There was no fridge in the room. There was also a miscommunication in the beginning: we informed the hotel we were arriving with our dog and they emailed us back saying they can only accept dogs tha weigh up to 10kg. It came as an unpleasant surpprise to us as there was no mention about it on their Booking page. Eventually they agreed to host our dog (who is 13 kg) - but we advise to check it if you're a pet owner travelling with your dog.

Water pressure in shower a bit weak (but that’s a minor quibble). Overall very nice hotel!

Really lovely property, very modern and clean, great staff and perfect location to explore Vannes.
