Best Western Plus Le Roof

Beautiful location, very comfortable and staff were friendly and attentive.Bus from the door into Vannes for sightseeing but you may not want to stray far from the hotel. 2 nice restaurants within 100yds from the hotel.The hotel restaurants are both excellent and the bar is very nice too.Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting overlooking the gulf of Morbihan, our room had a balcony and view. The hotel is comfortable and the staff friendly. Secure parking was good. We had walked past Le Roof on previous visits to Conleau and had wondered what it would be like to stay there - now we know and we were not disappointed!

To get to the brasserie (which is part of the hotel) we had to go outside in the wind and rain (though the receptionist did lend us an umbrella). An internal entrance would have been handy...

On a little peninsula on the bay. We stayed in the offseason so the beach couldn’t be used but I can imagine it would be fun when it is warmer

The hotel is well located , the staff are very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. We had to extend our stay because of illness and the staff were very helpful and accommodating about this. The hotel is also quite close to the centre of Vannes and the walk there along the waterside was good

Beautiful room with balcony overlooking that fantastic view of the sea and all the boats.

Only that there was no restaurant service on the Sunday.

Our room was of good size with terrace and seaview.It was very clean and excellently furnished.

We were advised with only 3 weeks notice that the hotel restaurants were closed for lunch and dinner on Sundays and Mondays, despite having confirmed dinner reservations for both nights. This ruined what was intended to be a two night romantic break. In view of this change of policy, we reduced our stay to 1 night and moved on early to our next destination.

Great location and quiet. Beds very comfortable and breakfast was of a good standard. Staff were receptive and pleasant. All round a very nice place to stay.

Shower head could have a variable spray. It was difficult to control the spray into the room.

Very comfortable hotel in beautiful setting. The staff are great. We were upgraded for free to a room with a gorgeous view from our balcony on one of our stays.

That the hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. They have an alternative restaurant across the road to be fair and is very nice but we still prefer the restaurant in the hotel.

A very pleasant place to be in a beautiful location.

Bedroom carpet was not very clean and needed shampooing.The bacon and scrambled eggs at breakfast were never more than luke warm, at what ever time one attended.

Lovely hotel in a great location on the Conleu peninsular. There are two bar/ restaurants nearby, a popular locals sandy beach that swimmers use, and a €1.5 bus ride into Vannes.The breakfast offer includes scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon and the usual Continent breakfast things. We didn't have dinner.

Take your own shower head! In trying to save water they have fitted 'mist' type shower heads that are useless and the water is hardly warm.

the hotel was absolutely excellent, the building was good inside and out. parking was available. the location on the seashore and views of the golf du morbihan were fabulous. All the staff were polite and friendly and helped to make the stat memorable. Highly recommended we plan to return again.

The bathroom was a little small for 4 people.

The location was great for access to the beach, swimming and ferries around the bay

The car park is too small and not controlled. Anyone can drive in and exit as the exit code is freely available in the lifts. We arrived for a three night stay but the car park was full. We had to park a good distance in the public car park, so had to pay and then carry our heavy luggage. While day trippers filled the car park. Spaces should be reserved for those staying at the hotel
