PADJA Hôtel & Spa Vannes

The staff were very welcoming and the hotel is very clean and comfortable.

The shower, what poured out all over the floor, it is a poor design.

Far from city centre

Amazing spa and it was great not too overcrowded because you could choose what time you go. Lovely breakfast, decorations are beautiful, calm location, beside a nice creperie, we will be back!:)

The bedroom was too hot and we opened the window but I think the heating of the hotel was still on and it was 30*

Well managed, clean and situated in a Retail space with a reasonable choice of food and drink outlets.

Very goood stay, nice bar ,good service.

The swimming pool was a bit cold. Maybe warmer would be better. But very good stay overall

The location was great for us, a quick taxi to town (made the boys walk) an amazing steakhouse over the road. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing deal and kept worrying there would be hidden extras at the checkout as couldn't believe the value for money.We also had no idea about the Christmas light displays hidden away and the amazing lady on reception told us not to miss it. So pleased we didn't.

Staff is nice but not at the level of the hotel facilities (the minimum is there but you don’t feel very welcomed and certainly not looked after what this hotel inspires.

Extremely cramped, generic and lifeless. It's shocking that this qualifies as a four star hotel. We had the "Superior Suites", which was barebones, small and with views of a depressing industrial mall landscape. The advertising is disingenuous: it mentions spa access but only specifiew that it is for one hour a day after you've made the reservation. The Spa is small and cramped and, by design, not capable of hiring the hotel's room capacity. It gets worse. There will also be a 200 EU block on your credit card to make sure you don't "wreck the room". This blockage triggered my bank to block my card. While the staff on check-in was extremely helpful and kind, the (different) persons at the front desk the next day were defensive and testy when I asked for help to solve the problem, with one of them literally saying that peoole wrecked the rooms every weekend (great recommendation, right?). The hold wasn't released until the person at reception literally went up to the room to check we hadn't wrecked it. It felt patronising and mistrustful. This person's attitude was stunningly awful and anathema to hospitality. The hotel is extremely overpriced (250 a night with breakfast) and an awful experience. Do yourself a favour a book a real four star hotel with a spa - the Padjs doesn't isn't qualify and it's a sham

- The place is nice and clean. - It's easily accessible and even has an EV charging option.- The SPA is nice and clean.

- The morning breakfast was crowded, the number of seats did not match the number of rooms, and a queue started to form. Waited about 10 minutes before getting a seat.- The hotel is in the middle of a commercial lot, no grass, no tree, no sea.- EV charging is expensive for a 22KW plug. Went to Tesla supercharger 3Km from there.- Jacuzzi would be a nice addition to the SPA, and an actual cold shower a plus after a sauna (the supposedly existing one is quite hot actually).

Location is in an industrial area, but easy access.

The bed was very comfortable and nice cotton bedding. We enjoyed the pool and the Steam room.

You could put a small fridge in the room. The sauna was out of use , which was a real shame.Also Could do with a nicer shower and no bath.

The room and secure parking were great. Brilliant choice of foods for breakfast.

Room ok but could have been better furnished. However we slept well and it was clean. Breakfast was ok but expensive. Really nice practical bathroom with good walk in shower.

There was no chair in the room but a large table which made it difficult to get around foot of bed. There was an ok desk already in the room.

We loved the fact it was clean and comfortable. We loved the SPA with the hour free daily. The staff were amazing and multilingual real bonus. Staff helped with recommendations for eating out and even booked the restaurant and travel. The cocktails in the bar were also fab.

The location was not great as no views, the Sauna was out of action and I had to ask for milk, extra coffee and cups! Staff were happy to oblige though.

Beautiful rooms, lovely space, good restaurants nearby, close to Vannes. I can’t say enough about how hardworking the staff is and especially at breakfast. Highly recommended and especially for people who want to be just a bit outside the craziness of the downtown.

An amazing hotel from start to finish. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the breakfast facilities were great and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, giving advice on places locally to visit. Menon was so lovely and welcomed us all every day/evening.

Very clean, modern and well provided hotel with an indoor spa and pool facilities. Excellent breakfast with helpful attentive staff. The actual location of the hotel is in a very large commercial complex area with a supermarket, cinema, Decathlon sports shop, car show rooms and several restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Some may find this great, others may want a more urban, town centre location as Vannes centre is 10 mins by car and probably too far to walk.

All good, as there are plenty of amenities, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance but you need a car to get into town as the hotel is on a commercial site and too far to walk to Vannes centre. We were driving on holiday with a car so it wasn't a problem.

We thought the bar lacked atmosphere Some music perhaps It's 4 star we think if it's a special occasion something should be offered to the guests.( Complimentary) Better coffee in the room .
