Best Western Plus Vannes Centre Ville

Very friendly/helpful staff. Close to all amenities.

The room was large and well equipped. Secure underground parking was easy to access although bore a charge. The hotel was very close to stunning Vannes.

The Internet was poor.

The reception was welcoming, the room was clean and spacious.Generous parking.Lovely breakfast. As easy walk into town.

We booked a room with a bath, but got one with a shower - it was more like a wet room. In spite of average water pressure, the whole room got very wet. We only stayed one night, and didn't notice the bathroom issue till the evening of our stay. So we didn't ask to change. The curtains did not keep out the streetlights.

Great location within an easy walk of the centre, friendly staff and convenient parking. The superior double rooms are comfortable with the bonus of robes and slippers. Delicious breakfast. Thank you for a lovely overnight stay!

This was a very well run Best Western with all facilities excellent and we enjoyed a very good evening dinner. The Patio room was a good choice especially when travelling with a dog. Breakfast also good. A special mention for the staff who were all very friendly efficient and smiled a lot which makes a difference.

Nothing quite honestly a very good hotel.

Good location easy walk to old town & harbour with bars & restaurants.Great reception staff comfortable bed/linen & were lucky to obtain a free parking space outside the hotel.

The room, car parking etc was great, once we had found the entrance. Actually the street name confused us. however the breakfast was expensive. We have stayed in the other Best Western in Vannes and the ambience was acceptable for the price of the breakfast.

the breakfast price and the location of our room, as we had a balcony which faced other appartment's balconies.

Nice mezzanine room with Adults upstairs and 11yo downstairs. Hotel just 5mins walk from central Vannes. Underground parking easy to access at the hotel.

The duplex room very clean and environment friendly

The shower had no pressure.

Good facilities, great room with extra space.

Parking difficult to book in time.

The staff were excellent and extremely friendly. Close to the old town. The room was very pleasant

Good location and the room was nice

We stayed 3 nights and the last night the room was not cleaned (we didn’t leave any card on the door and we were out from 8am to 8 pm). We had to call the reception to report it and get clean towels. The day after we informed again the receptionist and she simply apologized but it would have been nice to have a commercial gesture.

The family room is great, lots of space with separate levels for parents and children.

Location / excellent breakfast / good restaurant

Great staff, great breakfast, decent location

Air conditioning was not turned on They supplied us with a fan, but room was still very hot.

A very cozy hotel, spacious and clean bedrooms. We feel very comfortable.

Comfortable room and very helpful staff especially at reception. Pleasant restaurant with enjoyable food was open on a Sunday evening when few others were available.

A few ground floor bedrooms are alongside the pavement (not many passers by).

Breakfast was good

At least one comfortable chair would have been Welcome Also a more easier access of towels drying face where to put towel . Needed to step out of shower to reach for towel would have been good to have a couple of easy access hooks or bars for towels in Bathrooo
