It was very convenient to eat at the hotel for both dinner and breakfast. The dinner was much better than expected, breakfast was adequate. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Exactly what you expect from a French box hotel.

Breakfast was decent.

The room had no curtain or shade over the window. There were a couple of bugs flying around in the bathroom when we got there. And we were only given two bath towels, not even a hand towel.

Friendly comfortable night, it had everything we needed whilst cycle touring. Excellent dinner and breakfast.

Very helpful staff. Lovely town to visit. Would like to return and explore further.

The only fault was the slight hum from an external compressor or fan that we could hear from our room.

It was a great location for visiting the area as if you are in a town it would take far longer to get out and about. There is also a lot of facilities in the area as it is in a commercial estate.

One of the reasons we chose the hotel was for the aqua centre next door. The staff at first did not know how to charge their discount card for it and without it it would have been too expensive. As it is we just went to the beaches at Carnac.

Comfy bed, great bathroom and lighting. Friendly staff.

I was a bit confused about the Air conditioning, whether you had to pay to use it, but I arrived late and didn't have time to ask.

Great breakfast that was attentive in variety. Very helpful and honest staff at hand. Quiet environment that added to a great stay.

Whist walkable through foot paths to the station, it would likely be muddy after rains. Suggest a taxi in such a situation.

Second stay in this hotel, again excellent. Attentive, efficient staff, very good room, large and comfortable. Bathroom with shower of quality. Breakfast buffet very varied, many savoury and sweet choices. Easy parking.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Location convenient - on the edge of town retail park so good access to autoroute for onward travel.

Very poor breakfast - fruits weren’t fresh, no choice of cereal, stale bread, buffet items weren’t replenished when finished as nobody was overseeing the breakfast area.

The room was clean and modern. There were also good facilities.

They ran out of breakfast granola and certain pastries, and these were not replenished.

The room was super nice. We loved the spa tub. The check out was at a good hour for sleeping

Staff friendly, room spacious, bathroom excellent, bed very comfortable. Breakfast well-presented, quality products, plenty of choice. No problem to stay there with a dog.

Did not like being assigned a disability room. I would never park in a disabled space. The shower was of a wet room type. Tha layout of the waste water trap totally inadequate, resulting in the whole of bathroom area flooding. The hotel was aware of this as a squeegee was left for the use of. Breakfast was a bit of hit and miss. Constantly having to ask for items missing ? the frozen yogurt was only available the first few days.

My bed wasn't made once during my stay of 3 nights. This is a little strange for a 3 star hotel. And I didn't spend my days in my bed, I wasn't in my room half of the time.

The hotel was located at the far end of an enterprise park and the directions to it were terrible

The room was modern, with a comfortable bed and included a bathroom with Whirlpool bath. The air-conditioning for the room was not working on arrival, but a friendly, helpful receptionist persisted until it was re-set by the maintenance engineer.

The morning receptionist was also in charge of replenishing the breakfast buffet. Requests were acted on immediately, but necessities like plates and cups ran out at times as well as food items.

Dinner was excellent..breakfast adequate..but sparingly put out 3 bowls of bread with 4 pieces in each, stuff ran out and nothing topped up for ages..

Dreadful location..at the very end of an enormous industrial trading estate...large car park used 18hrs a day by adjointkng cinema and swimming pool complex .nothing fir Kriad clients..assuming you could see tgr Kyriad hotel sign...ground floor room..people walking past no privacy from net curtain or fresh air

Everything was fine and the personel spoke English. Free parking. Allso a possibility to sharge el. car.
