Hôtel Le Châteaubriant

I love the room and the lay out. The shower was separate from the toilet which was great. The space in the room was great since most room in Europe are very small. The coffee maker was good to have. The decor was nice and very modern. Loved the hotel!

There wasn't enough parking in the front, and we didn't know that there is parking in the back. When people check-in, they should have a couple of spaces in the front for people to do that and then, they have to move their car to the back.

Pleasant, modern feel. Good situation in a pleasant town.

Probably not their fault, but the Booking site offered only two bedroom standards. I chose the better one and on arrival found the room very small. When I went to complain I found there were 3 better classes of room but as it was past 4.00 pm and I had booked with Booking.com I couldn’t upgrade.Apart from the attractive decor, I was astounded and displeased to find that the door to the bathroom/lavatory was entirely see-through !

The location and parking was good

The shower tray was lifting and scruffy. One bath towel for two people.

We didn't have breakfast as we needed to depart early. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful with her recommendations for wine shop , restaurants and bars.The room was large ,clean and comfortable. Parking good swell.Will definitely stay again.Thank You

Breakfast was fab, plenty of choice. Couldn’t ask for more.

Bedroom was a little short, the space at the bottom of the bed was narrow, which was a slight inconvenience.

Location was great. I liked the cleanliness, room facilities and the bed as it was very comfortable.

I missed the vegetables during the breakfast

The Hotel is right in the centre of town, the staff were really helpful and accommodating, very clean and cosy.

A great location in the centre of town, yet still very easy to drive to with plenty of off street free parking on site, and a short walk to the train station.Very friendly English speaking staff.The buffet breakfast was very good with a selection of cold meats, cheeses, boiled eggs (soft or hard), fruit, yoghurt and a wide array of delicious pastries and breads.The Newtown Brasserie next door is a fabulous place to eat, with something for everyoneGood WiFi

A modern hotel in the centre of town, limited parking but I was on a motorbike so it was fine for me and safe. Clean comfortable room and the breakfast was good too. Good chateau to visit nearby and close to bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was a typical continental menu.

The atmosphere was a little soulless. Some background music would have set the scene a little better.

Gentle Aircon. Although it was really powerful in the reception area. The Room was adequate but compact. The Shower was lovely and powerful. Restaurant food very good. Free parking a real +Sockets near the bed Free water in room

The bed was a little firm for our liking. Room was smaller than I expected for a supervisor room. Wifi was a little slow in the hotel but extremely good in the restaurant area.

The facilities were just what I needed being a double amputee

Could not get a drink in the evening after 9pm although it says they are open until 10pm and could have done with a mini fridge in the room.apart from that it's a great Hotel

This was our second time at Le Chateaubriant and appreciated the revamp since we were last there. Good parking as well.

Room was smaller than I expected and was quite hot as the air-conditioning didn't work. Maintenance guy started pressure washing in front of the hotel at 8am which cut short our first lie in of the week.
