Very friendly staff.Very clean hotel.Breakfast was excellent.

Room could have been a little bit larger and also the bathroom. Was adequate for 1 night.

Dirty room and poor upkeep of accommodation.Leaking shower, really strong smell or drains /sewers about the hotel.Uncomfortable bed and poor pillows.Small room ,lack of plug sockets , kettle filthy.Loud dance music playing in reception on arrival,not very welcome.

Finding the hotel was difficult. The name on the wall was fine depending direction of entry and name on front was not full name

We arrived on our Cycles after a very hard 110 km ride in wind & rain. The staff were so welcoming & helpful. Room , evening meal & breakfast all very good.

Good location and very good breakfast facilities.Morgane, in particular, was extremely courteous and friendly with excellent guest interaction.

Excellent safe storage room for the bikes with electric food was good pascal excellent host very accommodating breakfast was good don't be put off by the fact it's on an industrial estate it was safe great staff spoke very good English they provide shower gel and clean towels

Beer was expensive at 8 euros a pint but you are out of town it does look a bit like a hostel from the outside

Clean comfortable hotel. Pascal, our host, was excellent and very helpful when we arrived in very bad weather. Breakfast was excellent, and our bicycles were securely stored during our stay. Highly recommended.

Basic but comfortable room. Slept well.

The restaurant on site was closed. The advertised car charger is at the side of the road away from the property on an industrial estate and felt very exposed overnight but it did work ok.

Great location slightly outside the town centre of Chateaubriant.Large free parking and clean rooms.Pascal the director made us feel very welcome and extremely accommodating, he was always available on site and nothing was too much to ask. The breakfast was very good, with lots of fresh produce.

Very nice hotel with free parking, located close to restaurants and shopping mall. You can reach the city very easily, if you travel by car. The staff is fantastic and helpful.

Morgane on Reception was very welcoming and efficient - gave useful local information. Excellent breakfast.

Room size not great - but perfectly adequate for an overnight stop.

The area was perfect and the hotel was great value. Though this is a basic hotel everything was exceptionally clean. The manager Pascal was super friendly and very accommodating he went out of his way to make sure all was perfect. If you are looking for a clean, basic hotel that is not expensive this is the one. Bonus...The meal that was served by the hotel was excellent, the cook is great, three courses and at a very reasonable price.

Breakfast could have lasted just a bit longer. It would have been nice to sleep in. But not a show stopper.
