The property is very clean, has friendly staff, great amenities, plus the location is great.

The hotel was really nice and very central. The staff were really helpful and we were really happy with this pick.

Not really the hotel's fault but there was a musician right under our terrace that was really annoying but the staff was really nice and offered us another room for the night. The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Location is perfect for the old bazaar and everything else you need to do in town. Breakfast very good and complete. Worth staying. The check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. I liked the direct and quick contact with the hotel via Whatsapp.

Breakfast could potentially add more plant based/vegan options

Fantastic location in a very beautiful UNESCO town, delicious breakfast and very very nice and friendly staff that made us feel super welcomed and treated us like royalty in their amazing hotel. Could hear the live guitarist from the room ;)

Parking is not at the property itself but it really wasn’t too bad as the paying parking was right nearby (100m?) and convenient.

The hotel is in a great location, it really cannot be beat. The family rooms where great. There is an outer door you can close and then you have two bedrooms. The service was excellent and the hotel is beautiful.

I think the breakfast that is included could be better and there could be better coffee options. Otherwise it really is great.

Excellent location and very helpful hosts! Delicious breakfast and wonderful experience hearing about Gjirokaster from host, Thoma. Hosts even helped with our luggage from underground parking lot to hotel rooms! Very clean rooms and a wonderful experience overall!

Very well placed hotel right by the parking. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all excellent!

Location is perfect. It’s right in the middle of the old town/bazaar, very picturesque and very convenient. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful - Amarilda especially is very attentive, friendly, and thoughtful!

Easy access to sightseeings, nice rooms.

We had the chalet room, soundproofing is not very good.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city and very convenient for exploring without having to use your car for daily activities. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, especially with the children. We will definitely be coming back!

the location of the hotel was perfect in the square "Cerciz Topulli" also in the beginning of the bazar. the staff of the hotel were great very helpful and kind. the view from the hotel was stunning, the castle was on top of you.

Our hotel in gjirocaster was not very goodalthough the location was excellent there was no heating and the tv didn't work and the room was extremely small as was the bathroomalthough that night we were the only ones in the whole hotel they didn't change our room as they said the others were superior rooms - but the fault was in their heating and tv systemsas it was for only one night we were able to cope.Apparently, what others say for people of Gjirokaster being stingy seems to be true.

Everything was wonderful, clean and staff was very nice. Buffet breakfast was abundant and delicious.

Location of the hotel is just excellent. Underground public parking is available right next to the hotel entrance. Google Maps has an issue navigating there. The room itself was very cosy. Breakfast was served before we went down to the restaurant. We want to personally thank Antonio who went above and beyond to assist us with electric vehicle charger and parking in general.

Loved this hotel. Great location. Lovely staff. And a beautiful communal roof terrace we used a lot.

Location was superb. The room was beautiful and the staff are superhelpful. I was so impressed with their professionalism Dea in reception is a gem.

Breakfast was good and the location was very convenient especially with parking nearby

The airconditioning in our room did not work, this meant we slept with our windows open. Due to the construction and noise from the street, we could not slee. The staff at checkout were not very friendly, would be good to have some training on customer service. Problem solving meant blaming the customer. The standard rooms are very small, the bathroom in particular.

The hotel from the website looks very descent. Due to reconstruction of the old town, we had to park our car outside area about a mile away and carry our luggages. If we knew this, we wouldn't pick this hotel. The room was extremely small for 2 people. Same goes for the bathroom. Although we mentioned we arrived almost at 6PM, the hotel staff was inflexible and declined our 1-hr late check out request. We loved visiting the town but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit Gjirokaster.
