Hotel Simeon

Good location and facilities. Could be improved a lot. Parking was ok even though I found my car scratched maybe by another hotel tourist so i don't blame the hotel. Overall it was what you would expect for the paid money.

Too many stairs, broken shower, moldy bathroom door. The septige cystern was coming every day and the smell was unbearable, we needed to close the windows but sometimes we were having a meal at the restaurant or at the pool bar and there was nowhere to hide from the smell.

Very nice hotel. Big and modern room .Good food compliment for the manager. Well, aboxe 4 star in other countries. Service at the restaurant was great. .

The people at the reception during cheking in and out. After a long drive, I enconter a person who seems very annoyed to see me. I prezented my Id, and at she saind I coul not chek if i dint prezent theid for my whife and children. This is the first time I have had this answer. I get bach to the car and retive the id then I have to fill out a form on with my car is mention. Long story short, I almost have to beg to know where the parking is. On check out, I have Bend to recetion several time prior to informe them that I woul like the invoince. Surprize on chek out i receive a pice of paper. I had to delay my departure to await for a manager.

Kindergarden was nice and useful (but no place for parents to sit when childrens are playing?!). Bed was comfortable and we were very close to the main street. There are two nice pools. Reception girl was really helpful :)

Housekeeper was unpleasant and eye-rolling when we ask them to came later (thay always try to clean when childrens are sleeping). Food is poor for breakfast and for dinner some days it was good meals, sometimes not. There are only one sort of sweets and it's basically pudding... The door of our bathroom can not be closed from outside. Apartment doesn't have any usefull cabinet so our staf were everywhere in the room. Toilet was also badly designed with no place to put stuff (but nice looking). Balcony on the ground floor does not have the gate, so your child will happily run away into the wild... Parking was little bit far from our room.

The staff really friendly. The bridge over the road leading to the restaurant A beach maybe 200m away.Parking space free and always available. Food was good, it had some variety. 2 bigger pools to use. So good value

Wifi a little slower indoors

Good location, very close to the sea, nice and clean room, very nice and clean pools. It wasnt croweded at the pools and the sunbeds are free. Free parking Stuff was cool

Poor offer for breakfest and dinner, it could be much better.The sunbeds of the hotel at the seaside are not free, it is 5 eur per day, which is really bad for the reputations of the hotel when you already paid whole price for staying.

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and with a nice view of the pool. We liked that it was halfboard, it was in the center of Metamorfosi and the great plus was the parking for our car that can be chenging in greece.

We like the room, the pools, the staff, the food.The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 4 year old kid.Pools were always clean and ready for use.The staff warm and welcome, they even prepared our room 4 hours before check in time as we arrived earlier.The food had enough varieties and you can find food for everyone.

The only downside is the beach in Metamorfosi which has nothing with the hotel. The beach is sandy outside but rocky inside and not pleasant to step on.

We had several unpleasant incidents with hotel guests. A large group of Ukrainians had settled in the hotel. They behaved quite rudely and disrespectful, both the adults and their children. The other thing I didn't like was that the pool was prohibited for use before 10:30 and after 18:30.

Good choice for the price, we were in junior suite and it’s spacious and comfortable. Tv is really big and wifi is surprisingly good! Rooms and hotel space inside/outside are very clean. Best impression on us left the staff - kind, friendly, always around when you need them (at the restaurant), always smiling and ready to help.

Variety of food was bad and most of them not tasty especially for dinner. No elevator or path for the baby strollers from the rooms near reception to the restaurant.

We liked the overall conditions in the facility, not the best, but it sis really good. We appreciate the personnel, which were always smiling and willing to support us. The place is near downtown, really communicative and quiet. We love visiting and staying in Metamorfozi!

The beach near to the facility which was part of the facility was really dirty. We found many broken glass bottles in the sand. On top on this to use shezlong chair you have to pay for it in addition for the complete day.we were surprised that everyday a truck with a pamp was sucking the dirty canal from the facility, and for an about 1 hour, everything around the area smells really, really bad.

The junior suite is new and very comfortable, especially the bathroom. Everything is as in the pictures. The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are changed every 2-3 days. The staff is friendly. The food is varied and fresh, especially for dinner. The hotel has its own parking.

The hotel's beach is small, lacks any staff, and isn't very well-maintained. There are rocks in the water, which isn't ideal for children. It's better to go to the nearby beach bars to the left and right, but they often get crowded. Still, this wasn't a major issue since we came by car and there are some really beautiful beaches in Sithonia near Metamorfosi.The room has two wardrobes, which is sufficient, however, there should be more shelves for organizing clothes.

The property was very clean, staff was very friendly, helpful. The room was impeccable with all the facilities you needed( free internet ?, parking spaces)The pool was clean ( open from 9 to 19). We had breakfast and dinner included ( food was delicious and every day different). A nice place to spend your holiday with family.(very friendly with children). You can reach very easily other beaches.

The coffee from the buffet is really really bad. The coffee from the bar is good but expensive. You can drink a lot better coffee for half the price at any terrace in town.

Location, room, pools, basketball court and affordable beach facilities - they were all great! There was everything we needed. Even for mid August, it wasn’t too crowded and we could have a good rest. Bonus points for the international book library at reception.

The menu at the restaurant was varied, but the taste wasn’t up to our standard unfortunately. Most of the time food was too bland for adults and kids alike. Paying for water at dinner or good coffee at breakfast came across as a cheap tactic. Tavern like food would have been great as a swap.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Simeon hotel in Metamorfosis. The hotel is nestled in a tranquil area, surrounded by lush greenery and just a short walk from the beach. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable. Room was cleaned every day. I did find the food at the hotel’s restaurant to be somewhat repetitive. While the meals were fresh and well-prepared, the lack of variety made dining less enjoyable over the course of my stay. I believe the restaurant could benefit from offering a wider range of dishes to keep things interesting for guests staying multiple nights.Overall, my stay at this hotel was good, but a bit more variety in the restaurant menu would have made it even better. I would still recommend it to anyone visiting Metamorfosis—whether you’re traveling as a couple, or with family.

Food at hotels restaurant was repetitive.Parking could have been biger.

The hotel was cozy, spacious, food ok, beach was close, also city center was close. From one room you could see the sea, but from other you could see the neighbors' rooms(we had 2 rooms).

The hotel was very close to the beach, but the beach was not sandy, it had a lot of rocks. We only use it 2 times (one time in the morning and one time in the evening), we had to use the car and drive on other beaches, this was uncomfortable for us. Although we had breakfast and dinner included, for dinner the water was not included, and adding it to the room was not possible, you can buy it from the restaurant. Hotel was very noisy in the evening, a lot of noise coming from the other rooms from 10 to 12 PM.

We loved the pools and our room and location of hotel in town. Easy to walk to and short drive to nicer beaches The evening show on the Sunday evening was beautiful and so happy we were there to experience it.

We were not impressed by the food and selection. It didn't feel like greek food other than the salads and watermelon offered. And needing to pay for water at dinner was disappointing. The pool closing early. Not sure why it's closed so early.

Me and husband stayed there for 1 night and we had a wonderful time! The buffet was full of options, the food was so delicious and the staff was super friendly and kind! The mattresses were very comfortable and the rooms were exactly like the pictures! Every nice beach in Sithonia is near this Hotel! I totally recommend this place and I will visit you again soon!
