Pool was great

Next to an oil refinery. Not so good. Extra charge for cappuccino this morning

Staff is great! Location is fine if you want to stay away from Taranto.

Poorly maintained facilities. Disappointing breakfast. Perhaps it’s labeled a 4 star hotel because of the swimming pool, but the state of the room and building merit for a drop in stars.

It's a lovely hotel, we really liked the room and the overall service. ❤️ The room was as it was shown on the pictures and everyone at the hotel was really kind. We liked the pool and the view as well. There were no supermarkets open nearby since we arrived late in the evening (the closest supermarkets were in Pozzallo) so if you check in late, make sure to buy anything you need in advance. It was a good thing that we had coffee and breakfast in the hotel so Ara Solis got us covered. ? We also parked our car at the hotel parking which was free and spacious. Overall everything was great!

Swimming pool was not available for use as it was being treated.

Hotel staff was not very helpful. but polite... pool area would need some service, drinks, snacks, etc...

Swimming pool and the swimming pool area is beautyfull and maintened well. Hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly. The beach next to the hotel is sandy, the water is warm and you can walk in quite far.

Less variety for breakfast. Car is required, the hotel is far from everything.

The swimming pool was lovely and really clean, very well looked after ! Very good location with direct access to the Lido Azzurro beach. The reception and restaurant team were fantastic, all kind and welcoming!

This hasn’t much to do with the hotel itself, but when booking I did not realise that around the hotel there isn’t much to do and we ended up having to rent a car in order to get around ! That’s probably for the best as we really got to make the most of our time in Puglia! If what you’re looking for is a relaxing week of swimming pool and beach then this is for you !

The mattress was really comfortable.

it’s old, the walls are dirty, no coffee in the room. Outside the hotel is dirty on the streets. the breakfast is from very cheap products, it wasn’t clean in the restaurant.

We didn’t realize how remote the location was. The staff were good, but it wasn’t a relaxed atmosphere. Was very rules based. I was told off for no cap in the pool; but nobody told me.

I was late to aerobics class and class ended because I didn’t have a cap. There were 5 staff standing around me I was told another class tomorrow. Seemed a bit silly.

The staff members were very helpful in everyway to food that was served to the music at the pool side to ordering a relievable taxi all around great service. I truly would recommend booking here. The access to the beach was definitely a plus.

the bed were not as good as the great service but i did like how clean and how fast fresh sheets on bed being made were so fast leaving in the morning and returning to a clean room is always a plus.

pool area very nice. Rooms comfortable and all very clean. Shortage of staff at times to assist, but in all very good. Nothing to do in the area, so have to eat at restaurant.

breakfast was horrible. absolutely. the windmills next to the hotel made a constant noise - not to talk about the very loud white noise from the pool cleaning. the beach was very dirty ( people down there throw all their garbage all over the place) ect broken glass. the pool was very cold. and for fun: they tried to made us pay twice (400 € ) for the stay ?

The staff was great! There was an old man in the lobby that upgraded our room when we realized I have booked two separate beds. Everyone working there was so nice to us!

Unfortunetly, the beds and pillows were not that comfortable. The hotel was a little old but was decent for one night
