Good location, very nice staff, nice breakfast.

My room smelled like a sewer, the construction in the area was very loud, and there was a lot of noise from the street most of the night.

Building was clean, room had nice tile.

Breakfast was plain. No hot water in shower. No outside food or drink.

Perfect location next the bus terminal. You can eat the included breakfast in the morning, go fly the Nazca lines, come back and cool off in the pool, then catch an afternoon bus onward.

Can be a bit loud. But not too bad.

Clean comfortable affordable rooms very close to the bus terminal. Pool would be nice if it was a warmer season. Breakfast is above standard - three buns, butter and jam, egg and avocado.

Lovely and newly built hotel in the center of Nazca, only 3 minutes walk from the bus terminal. The staff is super friendly and helpful with everything. They serve a delicious breakfast every morning. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. It also comes with a table, which is practical if you work remotely. The hotel has an own pool in the back, which is super refreshing after visiting the sites in the desert all day. :) I can highly recommend this stay!

Great hotel with a lovely pool. Nice feel about the place. Staff were helpful & friendly. Nice surprise, a kettle in the room with coffee. The room was nice size.

The shower was not good. It eventually got warm, but there was very little water or pressure. We were only there one night, so we didn't worry about saying anything.

Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was very limited - hot water with instant coffee or tea, bread rolls, jam. We decided to abandon breakfast and go to a nearby hotel to pay for breakfast that included eggs, ham, proper coffee, etc. They had a water preasure problem on our second night which meant no hot water and so had to have cold showers.

The people who work there and owners were very friendly and let me stay at the pool after my check out until my evening departure which helped a lot. They were very nice as I had stomach issues and gave me some advice. The hotel was nice. I really enjoyed the pool it was good choice as in the heat there is not much else to do in town. Unfortunately, the room wasn't very nice, quite small with stains on the walls and quite not clean feeling. It was without a view and with a window into some dirty area so you couldn't open it. I had to keep the fan going nonstop even when out because there was an issue with smell from sewage.

Not pet friendly.

They are listed as pet friendly. When we arrived with our dog at 830 at night they told us they wouldn’t allow us to stay because of his size. We had to find different accommodations after traveling 6 hours to be there with a dog and a 5 year old. If you have pet restrictions that should be listed on your listing.

The staff was polite and helpful. The location is practical due to it's vicinity to the bus station and city centre.

As someone who worked many years in the hotel business I have to be critical here. The lobby and the room did not have much life. There is no atmosphere where you would think that you entered a professional hotel. The staff (especially the young lady that checked us in) were helpful and polite, but that does not erase the many things this hotel does semi-professional. There are no night lamps next to the bed. No wardrobe (even a small one) where we could hang our clothes. There was one chair, but no table. The towels and sheets have a strong smell of laundry detergent instead of a neutral one. The bathroom was absolutely not good. When we turned on the shower, there were literaly 4 rays or water pouring out, cold water. I reported this on the front desk and someone did try something with it, but there was just a little more water than before. Based on my experience, this is a known problem which is simply not deemed worthy of investing money. The bathroom has a nasty smell due to the tubing which probably hasn't been cleaned professionaly in a long time. The breakfast is very simple and you can easily find something more nourishing to eat for a little more money in the city centre. All in all, my opinion is that this hotel is probably just a side business of the owners, who do not really rely on the income. I would not treat or sell my product this way.

Superfriendly staff ❤️ I texted them 1 h before arrival about needing crutches, and they had them ready when I arrived! ? Good laundryservice (7 per kilo). Value for money + good location. My room was nice and pretty quiet :-) Breakfast was veeery simple (egg + bread + jam). Would be nice with some veggies ;-)

The pool was nice and the garden. There was a breeze that helped cool off the room.

Another guest was smoking and it blew right into our room. They charged extra for a pet friendly room when I didn’t need to use their Dogbed or dog bowls, and my dog made zero mess or damage. They made us sign a super long document about where the dog could walk and that he was not allowed on the bed or alone in the room, etc. Even though I have a passport, they insisted on charging an extra 20% IGV because my friend is Peruvian.

Really comfortable stay here. Beautiful pool and excellent location with a handy food shop opposite too. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Secure parking too which was a real bonus. The breakfast was beautiful and cooked fresh too. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would recommend to any traveller heading to Nazca. The host is lovely and she has a gorgeous French bulldog that welcomed us too! The room was comfortable and really clean with all the amenities needed

The hotel is 2 minutes far by feet from the bus terminal station.

The room was uncomfortable and the bed as well.The cleaning was a bit missing.The room doesn't the air conditioner then during the day it gets really warm.

Bathroom was not clean, no English spoken, lots and lots of noise from outside but also from the lobby (staff, TV, guests).

Good service for what you pay. Great location, nice rooms, and very nice staff!
