Very friendly, helpful, understanding and flexible staff. Clean and nice room. The most I appreciate that the hotel is pet friendly.

Location is great if you want to be in Oreocastro Breakfast adequate

Shower is a little too small for someone with injury and hard to move around

The stuff was very friendly. The view from the balcony was nice, same as location, we stayed in this area already before, but first time here.

The rooms need renovation. The room was soundproof and you could hear neighbours. In the offer it was writing you get bath robe, slippers - not critical for the stay, but it was not there. The breakfast is okay, but but amazing.

Quiet place. Check-in is available at night. You can bring a dog without any additional charges.

It was decently clean.

Air conditioning was not working properly. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathtub valves would come off when trying to use them. Staff were saying that the price was higher than what we paid via the Booking website and were asking for extra money during checkout.

We have been staying in this hotel overnight to transfer to Greek Island ferries. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Satisfactory breakfast. Easy to drive and park around hotel.

Like many times before, everything was ok, street parking little hard to found because of road construction near the hotel. Small part of Thessaloniki, with lots of shops and restaurantsBreakfast good enough..

Nothing, we have been there already, that is why we are coming back.

The stay was very comfortable and quiet. The atmosphere was calm and the breakfast was exceptional.

I had to contact the staff during the night of my stay because my dog went to one of the neighboring balconies just to notify them and ask that if one of their other customers in the morning called the about my puppy I would like to be notified and the staff was a bit rude during the call. My puppy came back eventually because it is well trained but I still didn't appreciate the way that person answered the phone. It wouldn't hurt to show some manners when an anxious customers calls.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good in the morning.We parked the cars on the street front of the hotel and it was fine.

Prices too high for what you’re being offered, breakfast the second worst we’ve ever had as far as quality and variety go and there is absolutely no food whatsoever to order if you feel peckish (not even a toasted sandwich!). Small bathroom, very slippery bath, no amenities as described, metal and plastic hangers forgotten in the closet by other customers and an overall distressed room with an uncomfortable (mattresses and pillows) bed!

The ladies responsible for the breakfast were friendly and helpful

Hotel did not represent the description at booking.com .Most positive thing was that bathroom and bed was clean!
