Hotel Up Wellness & Spa

It was close to the plaza. The hotel was super clean. The room was very spacious.

One of the receptionists was not too welcoming/friendly. But the second time when she was accomapnied by the other front desk person, she was a different person (she even smiled). I also didn't like that they didn't have enough parking spaces for their customers. So we had to walk like 10 min to get to our car in a public parking lot.

Location, breakfast, staff all great. Comfortable bed, nice room except as below.

No comfortable chairs or table to sit at/watch tv etc. parking was a long way from hotel and expensive at 18 euros per night. Cost for dog should be a one off for the duration not per night. Only 1 chair in plastic, in 4 star hotel ???. Only paper cups and one coffee etc for 2 people.

The property are excellent the staff are. Very friendly professional and helpful. I recommend this hotel for everyone and location are the best.

SPA was unavailable, no kettle / mugs / utensils / tea in the room. They turned on music loudly in the hall (I guess to communicate “it’s check out time”). And check out time is unacceptably early.

We loved everything about the property, it was located in the center of the city with street parking outside the hotel. The Hotelier Lugi was nice and friendly throughout our stay. The room was nice, clean and spacious with all modern designs. The breakfast area was well stocked with everything a person needs to start their day. Although I didn't use the wellness center, it looked relaxing upon my tour.

The staff is good, the gentleman at reception in the morning and the lady at night are both working well.

nice hotel very close to the train station. reception staff is generally polite and speaks english. rooms are quite big. wifi is fast.

insulation is bad. you can hear music from corridors or people opening doors. breakfast at 9am was poor. tables were not cleaned by staff and you had to explicitly ask for cutlery and coffee. no more warm food offered at that time. unacceptable and complete not attentive staff at breakfast. did not even bother talking to them.

clean, modern design, kind and attentive owner, fabulous shower, wonderful breakfast and staff, centrally location - close to train station and downtown shops. A wonderful last minute find late at night!

I loved everything about it!

We loved the cleanliness of the room, very spacious with all amenities you might need and very very quiet.Breakfast ladies were amazing, always smiling and ready to assist you! Front desk staff was also very helpful doing their job with smile on their face which is very welcoming and warm! They gave us couple of recommendations for restaurants and assisted me with ironing my dress so thanks a lot??We have booked the parking 600m away which I highly recommend as I dont find the city to be safe to leave the car overnight.

I have booked the hotel because of 24h front desk open but unfortunately it wasnt as we tried to check out in the middle of the night cause we had a long way to go home. Its not an issue but it is observation just in case you might need to leave during night.

Excellent value for money, very close to centre, surprisingly large room with comfy bed and excellent breakfast. Easy to find and friendly staff who spoke English.

Parking in the carpark was a little complex, it was 250m away attached to another hotel and we hadn’t understood that from receptionist so got confused initially.

The hotel was about a 500m walk to the train which was one of the reasons for selecting it. The area was a bit run down but it was just a street over from the big plaza with lots of shopping cafes etc. We selected an executive room as the other rooms on paper seemed small and space we certainly got. A large bedroom plus a sitting room with a sofa and dining set. The breakfast had a good variety of food not just the cakes we have found a lot of Italian hotels. We found a delightful restaurant not far away called Casa Nik which I would highly recommend.

The shower needs a screen door.

Good located, clean and comfortable. They even managed to serve something Vegan for the breakfast.

Parking is 200m away and very expensive

- Good service, the hotel is quite safe. Everyone had to ring in the bell then the entrance is open. The crews had cotrol over who is the guest and not- Very simple breakfast. - There is no lobby hall to sit for relax- The room is spacious with only a bed. It felt cold and empty. It’s better to invest one sofa or a couch..- Hotel is closed to the centro and tve termini. It’s quite easy to find the parking too, and the fee is not so expensive 1,5€/h

Spacious and clean room, excellent bathroom facilities, super breakfast. Great location in walking distance from the train station.
