- Workers are good. Very nice
- A very grand accommodation. The exterior is stunning and impressive. Our junior suite was also very nice, elegant and spacious. The service was excellent as well! The city of Foggia is nearby, but it's important to note that the accommodation is on the outskirts of town, so you'll need a car or taxi to get there. I’m not sure about the bus connections.
- The garden is amazing and room was very comfortable especially the mattress
Cons -
- Everything is so old and doesn't work, it's not clean, but the people that work there are very nice. You can tell it that it was a beautiful hotel long time ago, it needs maintenance.

- The pool is there for show only it wasn’t clean & I asked the reception lady Marcia if I could use it she said yes but I didn’t feel it was safe to use cos it was very dirty

The Hotel is Beautiful There’s a swimming pool Perfect for special occasions Not to far from the SeaVintage Rooms
The location for me was perfect. Rooms very clean. Comfortable bed. Kind & courteous staff.
Check-in area was difficult for me to find. Staff spoke little to no English. No electrical outlets near the "desk." Breakfast was hard to find and was a bit sparse.
Not much. Good accessibility due to close location to highway. Bed was comfortable. Aircondition in working condition.
Nice photos on the website which do not show the real picture. Place is more an event location. Hotel seems to be a side business. Upon arrival need to search for reception as there are no signes for hotel or reception. Whole place is old and needs a major renovation. Pool is there but is was dirty (dirty water and dirt in the water) and there are no possibilities to lie down. First room had a broken lock, in the second room the shower was dripping the whole night. Room is loud due to main road just outside. Dirty appliances.
The hotel was spacious and grand looking and the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked this hotel whilst on mobile roaming data so couldn't really look into it a great deal.It has an out of town location so you either have to drive or get a taxi into the town for food/drinks as it doesn't have a restaurant or bar. A taxi cost us approx €20 and reception were happy to call one for us to go into the town centre. Although getting back was difficult as there seemed to be a lack of taxi's in the centre at night. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok, nothing exciting. It is a hotel which holds events ie weddings/confirmations etc. There was an event whilst we were there so was noisy but it didn't last all night.
No bar or restaurant so you had to go out (but it may state that in the description and we missed it)
Beautiful place and helpful staff
Cold. No central heating in winter. Heaters per areas that take time to warm. Best to in summer. Racist local clients that ruins your breakfast, the most important moment of the day. Not a great experience.
Friendliness of staff.
Location and breakfast.
Disappointing
showing it’s age, water heater in bathroom constantly made squealing noise every 30 seconds. room was freezing upon arrival.
large beautiful property and wedding hall. almost like a fairy tale. ver few other guests
no elevator
Excellent staff from housekeeping through reception & management. I arrived by train & was late getting in; Luca had waited for me to arrive & settled me into my room & organized dinner for me. Whenever I asked everyone went out of their way to help & to provide whatever it was that I needed. Because the restaurant wasn't open at the time & as I didn't have transport dinner was either brought in or cooked on the pemises for me. Who could ask for more. The room I had was clean, comfortable & the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. The refrigerator had water & soft drink. Breakfast is taken looking out onto the pool & the glorious grounds of the hotel. I spent time sitting in the beautiful garden enjoying the sunshine and reading.
As most people arrive in cars it is not an issue but the hotel is a fair distance from the town & it's not within walking distance to restaurants or transport. A taxi will cost you €20 to go to the town.
