Perla Hotel

Very comfortable bed.

The breakfast was very sparse, and the showerhead wasn't working. Additionally the main door to the hotel was broken and we had to go through a dining room where everyone was smoking.

The property is located in a beautiful area very near the amazing lake of Pogradec. The service and the staff including the owner of this hotel Mrs. Vjollca are extremely friendly and helpful and kind. They make one feel like they are at home.

Comfy beds and pillows, clean room and bathroom, great location, friendly staff.

Breakfast was a bit poor in terms of choice for people that like sweet food in the morning. The coffee at the buffet wasn't good and you had to pay extra to get one from the bar.(Sorry, but you need to improve this aspect.)Wi-fi: wasn't working well as long as we stayed there. The manager told us they are working on it.

The furniture is a bit dated.

A comfortable hotel near the coast and the promenade of Lake Ohrid. Nicely furnished rooms and a restaurant on the ground floor. Friendly staff, always ready to help. We visited the hotel out of season and appreciated the hotel manager's decision to upgrade our family room to a suite.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. What could be improved and is probably beyond the hotel's control is a stream mixed with dirty water flowing into the lake and a part of the lake near the beach that is full of rubbish.

The staff were very helpful in advising us about how to get to Korce on the public bus for a day trip, and also arranged for us to have a taxi for the day to take us to Ohrid, North Macedonia. Both trips were very worthwhile.

Great views from the balcony, good price, comfortable and clean. They let us keep our bicycles in the hotel overnight.

A little difficult to get the attention of the staff for check in as they work in the cafe restaurant and often busy (but this is a minor thing).

The breakfast was fulfilling and the location was great. Our room was spacious and the balcony was huge. The hotel also helped us to get a taxi.

The personnel was not able to help us much with tips about Pogradec and the area since their English was rather limited. They were friendly

Not much - this is very expensive with the staff also being fake friendly, they also over charged us with I only noticed afterwards - personally I'd avoid this place. Okay, the beds were comfortable, but that is a minimum at this price...

If you want a brown room and brown everything, well, stay here. The view of the lake is not accurate as there are trees in the way...

The hotel was next to the lake promenade, with a nice balcony where you could sit and admire the landscape, though big trees blocked part of the lake view. Breakfast included a great variety of cereals, cold meats, eggs and hot dishes, and local products of good quality.

Our stay at Perla Hotel was great! The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it.

Great location right in front of the lake. Breakfast was tasty. Room was nicely decorated. Hotel restaurant serves amazing food and there are loads of restaurants around the area.
