Location was excellent. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to the older part of La Paz too. Also loved the views from the bar.

The city views from the pool and lounge area are very nice.The neighborhood is great for walking around.

The jacuzzi jets don’t work properly

Located in a clean safe neighborhood in La Paz close to restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

I would wish there was a kettle in the room to boil water for tea or instant coffee which I always pack in my luggage. I was glad to have a room on this week’s stay with a bathtub for soaking as last week’s room only had a shower.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was also pretty terrific, too. Jonathan greeted me on my very early morning arrival and made sure that I was accommodated after my long journey.

No kettle in the room to boil water for tea or instant coffee which I always bring with me. Room 101 did not have a dressing mirror. My most recent stay was in Room 204 which had a dressing mirror.

The staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful with a lot of good recommendations.

- staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of when we were feeling sick - breakfast was wonderful and provided many options- pool and bar area were great for hanging out and provided wonderful views of the area

- location was good for exploring the Zona del Sur in La Paz but a little disconnected from other parts of the city (nice in that it was quieter but a little harder to connect with tours)

The service was good - but expected much better from a 5-stars hotel. Breakfast was good - a lot of healthy options.

I booked for 2 people, but the room was equipped with stuff for 1 person - such as 1 water and 1 towel. We asked them to do laundry and they said it's not possible because it was a holiday - then did it after complaining and charged us 80 dollars for 20 items - I think that's a bit too much.

The staff wasn’t helpful. I was trying to ask for some ice (for first aid) and he told me to liaise with the restaurant by myself. The gym is very small and I’ll-equipped. Overall the hotel is good but I don’t think it is truly of 5-star standard.

The hotel was amazing. Loved all the art and the services were brilliant. The stand out though were the staff, they were all exceptional, from the front office, restaurant and the house keeping. They all went out of their way to ensure we were happy. Another point hotel drivers were extremely professional. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

The exercise room is pretty limited. Sometimes checking in and out as a group led to confusion with the staff (some people were given rooms that had always been booked etc).

Loved the art on display. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The pool during the daytime was amazing with fabulous views.

The air conditioning on our room wasn’t working but the staff quickly brought a mobile unit to help. Both our beef steaks at dinner were a bit tough and overcooked but the rest of the food was great.

ATIX is a beautiful hotel! We loved the location, the restaurant and the pool area. We also loved the art, what a feast! The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. It didn’t feel like a 5 stars room, but it was definitely nice.

Great facilities and nice for a relaxing stay. There was not much personnel in the pool area, not any actually. You have to call down to order drinks and snacks. Room service is very slow and they got our order wrong, they did however compensate for this poor service. Overall a good stay, but we did expect more on the service front.

Clean rooms, good food, good location, great view from the pool

Sauna needs an update. Smells a little strange and doesn’t look taken care of.

The staff went above and beyond - some of the best service and accomodating behaviour I have experienced from check in to check out. The room service menu was actually quite decent and very reasonable.

If you’re looking for a downtown experience, this isn’t for you, but it’s in a much safer neighbourhood.

there are places that make you feel like home, and then there is atix were they were beyond kind about us being sick, answering every question and doing everything to help us.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Room was spacious and clean and comfy, breakfast was amazing, the pool and bar had an incredible view of the city, and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL - so friendly and helpful in all aspects. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!

Nothing, it was perfect! We only wished we had been able to stay longer!
