Tzaneen Country Lodge

This location is peaceful and perfectly located for my work needs.

The WiFi is unreliable and goes out too frequently for a business traveler. One day the network was getting attacked by malware. The staff did not really know how to handle.

It;s quite a peaceful place

I didn't like the upkeep of the yard. The garden is not looked after properly and the grass was long. The roof was full of debris. And the overall upkeep left a lot to be desired

Being charged extra R400 for being 2 hours early

Prices for food at restaurant was a little higher than expected

I liked the earth spa moreIt was excellent and the women there were so marvelous

The rooms are old,it makes no difference from our homes,our homes are much better than those rooms. Everything in the room is so old,from furniture to uncomfortable beds.

Wooden floor/ ceiling had no sound installation which resulted in no sleep due to girls wedding party above

The aircon Sound at room 29 . The room was cleaned but it had fine dust due to the carpet.We were moved to room 57 which was perfect in every respect.

The breakfast is to notch.And the staff are friendly.

During the night some visitors were making noise I think there need to be some control .Maybe have securities patrolling .

Above client service, Brenda helped us out as we had to do a last-minute booking. She assisted us and made sure all was sorted. Wow, the next day with breakfast staff is so friendly. Even Sunday, we were treated as royalty

All good, no complaints

Everything is in order but next time you must put microwave in every room

Dinner and breakfast were good, the room was very bad, I brought my mom who is old and not well for her birthday and he gave me a room with a shower that is not working, even after reporting about my mom's condition the guy refused to change and we didn't bath until home.

The room with a malfunctioning shower. I'm very disappointed, it's not the first time I book for my mom there, she refuse to go to other places but this time she was disappointed. We do more than just staying there we also do spa services which are excellent.

I wanted to stay next to the pool as there are nicer view but the background rooms aren’t that nicer when it comes to the view

The way I enjoy your lodge it was for the second time coming to ur place. Last year February I celebrated my wedding anniversary and birthday month... Even this year I came for the same mission... I even celebrated Valentine n it was a good and nice experience. Keep up the good work. Thanks a lot for hosting us with your friendly staff.

Breakfast was average, the fruits was the best.

The toilet take long to refill the water

The receptionist was very welcoming and their smile. The breakfast was top, their food was delicious I really enjoyed my stay... I'd definitely come back
