Pros +
- I really had a great time. The stuff was friendly. The place was beautiful and clean.
- We normally stay at this facility whenever we are in Town however, we were utterly disappointed with the room and service of the staff this time around.
- Nothing actually Vincent was nice at reception
Cons -
- The bathroom needs some maintenance. However, I will book there anytime I'm in Tzaneen.
- We were told we were apparently “upgraded “to a “business suite” as we had booked a standard premium room. To our horror the water pressure of the shower head and hot water were not functioning at all. When my husband physically reported this at Reception he told by the night staff that there was nothing that could be done. Instead, the man on duty was rude and dismissive and told my husband he should have googled the reception number when my husband reported that the Hotel Number wasn’t going through. My husband returned to the room and attempted to take a shower but the water literally stopped running. That’s when the staff came to the room and instead of checking the shower he went to test the pressure in the kitchen sink. This situation escalated and the Security guard on duty was the one who came and apologized for the poor service and asked whether we can’t be given another room as it was already midnight and we had to sleep and wake up early to attend a funeral. The man then said he would arrange a room for us only to find that it was a family suite which we are used to however it had been used by other guests who had checked out. We decided to then sleep in the twin room just for the remaining 4 hours. We felt extremely unsafe in the room and only realized in the morning that my husband had unfortunately even lost his wedding ring in the previous room as we were moved abruptly at midnight.
- There was nothing I liked. Loud, people were drinking and partying in the parking until 1am. Breakfast included?. It was 9:40 and the buffet was empty.

Pleasant
Having bedroom upstairs and the toilet is down stairs, the cleaning person was swapping towels from other rooms they were dirty
Convinient with restaurant on site
When you walk to the room the kitchen area there us a place where they throw refuse and it looked really untidy with cats everywhere Walkway/ stair lid not clean
Location
The noise by kidsThe door was difficult to openJanitors were rude
Safe and secured. The staff were friendly and provided good service
What was small blood stain on our sheet we had remove it before we slept
The location of the hotel , beautiful surroundings, and environment and The restaurant area
There is no value for money, a bit untidy seems to require a bit of revamp and modernising to give it a luxurious and comfortable experiwnce, no extra blanket, curtains without lace so we couldn't open for sunlight, the open plan kitchen set up .
Air conditioned rooms , very huge beds and clean linen
The facility is clean and friendly stuff.
I feel like the should be stairs in the middle of the rooms/ building to avoid the long walkings from the stairs close to the reception to walk far to the other side of the building.
I enjoyed my stay, everything was acceptable and comfortable. Room nice and clean, hot water almost immediately when opening the tap - wonderful.
The breakfast was very delicious. The location was quite okay.
The fact that they don’t clean their corridors, it really turned me off. The corridors and the steps were very untidy and the floor tiles in our room they were coming out, it needs serious renovation
the food was very nice and all the staff are perfect from the reception to the restaurant ?. we really enjoyed our stay
the TV that was in our room was very small and showing limited channels and it was not even clear seems like it's about to crash. also the invoice of romantic setup was sent late, I was surprised when I arrive at the reception to be told our room have been setup, I had to pay at the reception for it. Their communication with it was not good and the change of setup prices, I was a bit frustrated because along the way I concluded that the setup i will do it myself
They provided the basics.
There was no proper ventilation in the rooms. The rooms were stuffy and suffocating. They couldn't accommodate guests who had to leave by 6:00 with breakfast- at least allow those who arrange a day in advance for a take away breakfast.
The facility is so good and the staff although we had a misunderstanding about my booking, but at the end all was well. Their breakfast finger licking good and the waiters
There was a breakdown of communication at first which stressed me but later sorted.
Very dissapointed.
Was booked into a room that have not been cleaned.Bedding and towels had stains and marks on it.Aircon was dripping water all over.Geyser positioned over sink that you can't reach unless you bend in half. Workstation but no plugs in sight to plug laptop into.
the accomodation was very easy to find and their food was amazing , the staff was great and very friendly
there are lifts is only stairs
Everything was great the environment was beautiful nice and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed our stay!
The receptionist were kind and helpful and made my check-in easy. The facilities were clean and location is in the hub of the town.
The venue was easy to find and the guy at the reception was welcoming. nd the Restuarant was great.
In the Morning the shower was cold no hot water and it was a Cold Sunday and the breakfast was very bad the only thing eatable was bread atchaa and bacon the rest was not Good. I was not happpy at all ??
