The aircon was not working, the TV and dstv is very old model , no fridge or microwave, it felt like a air b n b rental from a private owner

Privacy and location

Water was cold

Found the room smelling from damp, noticeable water marks of walls, AC remote flat batteries, Bird feces on the bed.

location was great and pool area is nice

rooms was small and bathrooms very old and outdated at breakfast which was included u had to pay for your coffee and selection not great

There is no value for money. If you compare with other accomodation area around, they charge far less yet they are 10 ti

Its not clean, its an old facilities which requires renovation urgently. The room was dirty, the outside light was not working. The shower was really unhygienic and a lizard even fell from the roof to the shower while I was showering. It was a disappointment staying at Fairview

Nice location

Rooms had bugs dropping from the ceiling. My daughter woke up with bug blood on he hand and doona. Room was not clean, I left a camera and staff were advising it ws not there, once I offered a reward it was suddenly found.I had to extend my stay due to medical reasons and then was medi-evacuated to Johannesburg. They refused to refund payment, then management agreed. It never returned to my account.

Just the property and bars but they close way too early.

On the internet the luxury rooms looks so luxury but it was not. 1 water in the room and dirty fridge. TV also didn't work. There is much nicer and more affordable places in Tzaneen I have been staying at.

Great breakfast, great location, its old-fashioned but clean and it works. And the staff are great.

the wifi was non-existent to start with, then a router was reset and then I got wi-fi but it was very slow.the staff member was great, he had knocked off from work, but he came and fixed it anyway.

The location is great, and I enjoyed the breakfast.The bed was very comfortable and clean and the aircon works very well.

I was directed to my chalet from the office, while there was a sign saying 23-24, the arrow pointed down the slope not towards the accommodation. There are no numbers on any of the doors and it took me a while to figure out on which door my key worked.The shower head is broken, it sprayed water against the wall rather than on my head.The wi-fi is sporadic.I feel it is overpriced

Warm reception and nice food.

It was my first experience, I personally didn't have a problem so far.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast good value

Requested 2 single beds, received a King, was told it was due to late booking. Room amenities (coffe, water etc) was prepared for only one person, even though booking was for 2 adults.

The views and the food are absolutely amazing

-THERE’S NO SMART TV, in this day and age?? I’d like to be able to stream on the tv instead of being forced to watch DSTV or use my laptop. -The housekeeping staff comes way too early and they don’t even knock. I just heard the door opening at 08:00 while I was sleeping, imagine the terror I felt. -The phone in the room doesn’t work so I had to use my personal phone to contact reception all the time. -the restaurants are always full. It’s like they prioritise outside guest more than the ones who are paying to sleep there. It’s a bit unfair. -it’s not value for money honestly. And the rooms that are shown on Booking.com are not the ones you’ll be allocated to. So you go there expecting a certain room but then they tell you that room is more expensive?? Like how does that happen? Kindly update your system. -it is so noisy at night. I don’t know if it’s because it was just a busy week but some silence after 21:00 would be nice as some of us come there to rest.

The pool was good and staff are friendly

Constant smell of sewerage, extremely slow dinner service, food was very average, rooms not cleaned properly (chips under the bed and rat/bird poo on the dresser, sticky floor) , breakfast was poor, very noisy neighbors playing loud music until late.

Regret for my money

The property is dirty and smelly, the garden in the rooms is a mess, We had no one to assist us with our room location stairs, No porter, Aircon and TV were not functioning,I

Superb

The small window at the top. There is no blinds or curtains. In summer time the light is in your room at 5o’clock.

The room was so lovely honestly the pictures doesn’t give it any justice and Omgosh outside.. their trees was such a view and I loved that they put in fresh flowers everyday for decoration from their garden. Breakfast was soo lovely and their staff were excellent and soo accommodating.

Lovely location and grounds. Breakfast was great.Staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Our room was too close to the restaurant, and boisterous partying continued there well into the early hours of the morning. Service at the restaurants was significantly slow.Having a bar fridge in our room would have been nice. Access to golf carts would have been appreciated, as we waited for long periods to be fetched/dropped off.

Very good, and comfortable stay. Hotel was very well located for my business purposes. Restaurant was very good - cozy and excellent food.

Room was noisy, since door did not seal, and wind rattled it all night. Also, some gecko droppings on the bed, that fell from the thatch roof.

Property is large enough for a family.

Shower drain in number 14 isn’t draining properly, so when taking a shower water fills up the shower pan
