It was conveniently located at the border and check in agent adjusted the booking at no charge when it turned out I booked for the wrong date!

Septic tank whiff in the room and inevitable sounds of truck exhaust breaks.

Great location if you want to cross the border to Zimbabwe in the morning. Good A/C, comfortable bed. Super helpful and friendly staff. Food is basic, but tasty.

Load shedding was not buffered by the generator quick enough.Bathroom was a bit on the dirty side.

Check-in time was delayed for 3 hours. The carpets were dirty. Low watwr supply. The breakfast menu is limited. Customer service is poor. Management have a lot to improve.

It’s a bit like a prison but it is very close to the busy border so the security is reassuring.

I liked nothing about the property.

It was underwhelming and looks nothing like the images posted. The grass outside is not cut. The carpets in the room were dirty. The bed and pillow covers had a dumpy smell. The toilet couldn’t even flush a toilet paper. Worse, there was no water in the morning because of load shedding.

Great place to stop before/after the border with good water pressure, AC and quiet.

the facility exceeded my expectations in that whenever i pass by on the sleepover facilities i have always thought that it's for truckers or backpackers, so their name, branding and marketing doesn't do justice to their facilities.

I enjoyed my stay. The place looked exactly as it was on the pictures.

Was in a rush didnot have breakfast

A tea bag in the room or at breakfast would have been great for those of us who don’t take coffee.

The staff was super-friendly.The location and the scenery are to die for. Eish and the food. Maaaan!!! Hats off to the chef.

I have commented on numerous occasions in the past and thought, after a break of several month, to try them out again. However, the units are really going from good to ok to bad and the bathroom is simply not meeting basic standards any more. Apart from the rusty shower arm and shower head, more water came out of the shower head than through the actual shower head. The shower cubicle was simply dirty and all the silicon needs to be replaced and professionally re-installed. The toilet itself - due to the borehole water - looks as if it had been in use for 50 years or more.Until recently, coffee and tea along with a paper cup were supplied, but that is no more. The water in the unit from the tap is really unfit for human consumption and the minimum would be to have bottled water supplied.Anyway, we have given the SleepOver numerous chances and time to improve, however nothing has happened and we are therefore moving our business away from the SleepOver. Neither myself nor any of my staff will henceforce use the SleepOver again as you have successfully managed to disappoint us time and again.

The place was extremely clean and safe, with an electric fence surrounding the property. The establishment was well kept and serene. Excellent value for money. The sleepover franchise is great. I would definitely use their facilities again.

Non of plugs worked in the unit and couldn't use a lamp nor the kettel.

The Property was excellent , the booking.com reservation did not work and the property had no record of the booking , which had been paid in full on the booking.com site, the guest had to pay again. the double payment not resolved , the customer support is robotic , so there is a challenge ,such a pity as my guest always said online bookings are not for them , and i assured them all ok. So they will not book again this way or let me do so.

Booking.com did not send the booking through , guest was told to pat again .
