Extremely clean hotel, comfortable and great staff

Great staff members, cleanliness and comfort.

I really liked almost everything...Receptive and friendly Staff, impeccable Cleanliness, Amenities with a full minibar in the room, great Comfort and the best Location as it is close to a highway and also to the main Avenues,...shopping mall, cinema, restaurants, etc.

Practically only the Value.But it is necessary to say that everything is good has a price.However, it could have been a little less than what I paid...(and perhaps it would have been cheaper using another means of booking)...and I wouldn't be giving my opinion here.

Nice hotel, good location but very poor restaurant waiters behaviour.

Room I stayed (#708) had a annoying noise coming from the fuse box behind the door.Restaurant Service at Dinner (Apr.24th, around 8:30PM): very bad waiter attendance. One of co-workers ordered Pizza and it took too long (more than 30 min) way after others have gotten their Sandwich meal. Only non-believable excuses for a pizza.

Room was lovely and was clean. Big bed.

Breakfast was short on hot options and didn’t change much. Horribly, they seemed to not clean the tables after guests left for breakfast meaning it was very hard to find a clean seat each morning.The service at the bar was extremely slow. There was one hard working bar tender trying to cover everything whilst a woman who I assume was a manager just stood there and barked orders. We were served flat champagne, which isn’t an issue in itself but when mistakes are made waiting another 15 minutes for the right drinks to arrive is not.

Beautiful place, very conveniently located, good food on the restaurant, helpful staff.

The room we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable. The bed and pillows allowed us to have an exceptional sleep. The shower was incredible.

We loved every aspect of our stay, nothing we didn't like.

Multiple guests complaints: terrible breakfast.Everthing dry or old (Probably reused from convention from day before?!) Breads, croissants etc... all hard and dry...After providing feedback, only reaction was "we are sorry to her that, we will inform the chef".Extremelly disappointing.

The location is a little bit far from the center so you need to get a taxi or Uber. The room has good space with a comfy bed. The bathroom is nice, however, the shampoo and soap provided were outdated. The gym has a good set of equipment nice for a good workout. The pool was a deception, very small and dirty. The sauna was not working at the time. Breakfast is kind of basic. The Wifi is terrible for working and if you want a better connection you need to pay. The overall feeling of the hotel is, somewhat poorly taken care of.

The breakfast was timed and at 10am staff would start removing food which we found extremely inconvenient and unecessary. Bad management.

The cable receiver was placed on top of the TV and had a green light that was quite strong and reflected on the wall and ceiling, so the bedroom wasn't completely dark.

At checking in they told me the restaurant would be open until 11 PM. I got there BEFORE 11 PM and they let me in. After some minutes I was there seated, they said I could not eat because the kitchen had been closed.TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A SINGLE GUEST! DEFINITELY I'LL NEVER GET BACK THERE.

Staff went an extra mile to meet customer's demands. Breakfast was very good although I think more pao de queijo should be offered. I also liked that there was alcohol gel inside lifts and gloves were provided in the breakfast self service area. Gym was very good but needs more air circulation during covid pandemic.

A bit noisy with no sound insulation and bathroom lights need to be brighter.

The room is simple but has all that is necessary for a couple. Travelled with my wife and we could enjoy a good quality time and rest.
