Vitória Hotel Convention Indaiatuba

The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast was great. However, the pool was not so clean. I would still recommend it for the good location, good service and the atmosphere.

Nothing was perfect for a one night stay

It was in the center but not much in walking distance to do for tourist. The hotel has a garage and restaurant.

Rhe restaurant is right behind the front desk wirh glass so your view is of the back of the front reception. The waitor staff at dinner were not happy, never a smile looked like they didn't want to be there.

Swimming pool, tenis and restaurant are amazing. It's clean, very comfortable and quite.

If you don't ask, you might be sat in the bar waiting for hours without having someone coming to attend your order.

Spacious pool and recreation areas. Most reception staff spoke some English. Good security at gate.

Difficulty trying to book a massage. Apart from the hotel restaurant, there were not really any other dining options within walking distance.

The sound insulation is very poor, and the noise from travelers outside the room, employees moving around and cleaning is too loud. The parking space is large, but there is an additional fee for parking, which needs to be included to the Accommodation fee.There are flies in the restaurant, hope it can be improved.The water pressure at the bathroom sink is too low.

One of the 2 best hotels in Indaiatuba. Has a heavy business and convention focus but also has excellent entertainment options, including for kids. Good rooms, pool and bar. Excellent breakfast.

Entrance to the property by car can be difficult depending on where you come from. The hotel seems to be either completely empty or very full. Weekends have some day-stay visitors at the pool and can get crowded. Room WiFi at the pool interrupts frequently. Expensive.

Excellent facilities. The pool is wonderful. Very comfortable beds and outstanding breakfast. Service is excellent too. The hotel is very easy to find and well-located.

The WiFi connection was glitchy, I lost connection on my laptop several times and I got offline for over 20 hours. The magnetic key system could be better. My card lost its magnetic signature three times.

Hotel a little dated. But was clean. We had a room with 2 twin beds. I asked for a room with a larger single bed. They said they didn’t have any rooms available. It was clear the hotel was not even close to being full. So was disappointed in the lack of service from that aspect.

The location was really good , close to all shops and amenities . Also the outdoor area was amazing great pool and surroundings!

we had heavy rain and there was a lot of water filtration in the room and our mobile phones were almost ruined and they were on the banco under a water drips

The place was clean and very close to the airport. The restaurant was great and the staff was nice and polite. Good quality!

We stayed in floor 4 and there were no possibility to heat the room, it was 12 degrees outside and no heating inside made the room super cold. The staff provided extra blankets but the room was too cold even with the blankets.

the Gym was spectacular. The restaurant was great with awesome breakfast and the room service was quick and well provided. I´d go back there whenever i need to.

Breakfast is very good and with lots of options. The staff is very supportive and provided all assistance required. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant is also a good option if you do not want to leave the premises.

Overall the facilities are feeling the time. Overall is OK, but some of the facilities are already a bit old.

The location was really good and room space as well. nice view.

they can improve on COVID safety measures. for example, on the restaurante for breakfast! we would like to be outside, to be safe, and some of the staff got mad forcing us to be inside (to be easier for him to clean). luckily, another lady from the safe supported us. but we decided not to have breakfast in the hotel the next day, just to avoid stress again.
