Blue Tree Towers Valinhos

Stayed here several times & always enjoy the location, comfort, friendly staff & great breakfasts. Will be back

The location was perfect. The staff were all very helpful.

Room cleaning service. Breakfast could be improved with more daily options.

The room was comfortable with a nice bed and a minibar available (which is nice in a location with constant hot weather.)Also, the breakfast was very rich in options and the food was really good: Cakes, cereals, hot plates...

The bathroom although spacious was a bit rundown, lacking proper maintenance. The shower box lacked a wall support for flasks (shampoo and stuff.)Regarding the check-in we were asked for tons of documents (perhaps it's due to national regulations), which made us wonder about privacy and data confidentiality (such as: How are they going to safely store the copies of our IDs?)

Good location, nice insntallations and very good breakfast

Modern structure

No water in the frigobar of the roomThe windows of the room could not be opened. The scrambled eggs was too wetThe fried eggs were hardThe cheese breads were cold

Great locationVery convenient parking lotStress free check in / checkout

I’ve stayed here a few times now & always found the facilities excellent. Comfortable quiet room with fridge, good breakfast, friendly staff & near mall and supermarket.

location, pleasant clerks, great breakfast

Not having a protective carpet in the shower was dangerous, unforgiven and unpleasant for an 82 yo guest; .A phone call did not come up with a solution.

Breakfast is ok. Staff was nice. Free parking. Next to shopping mal

Nothing over the edge - but didn't expect anything more for the price.View was quite bad (backside of hotel).

Location

Windows did not open in the bedroom, place of breakfast too small and too noisy

Clean

Room decoration, bed too hard

the staff, cleanliness and location

the furniture needs some repairs

Good

Window could not be open and ac did not work well. We had to change room.

Very clean, with a great localization (close to shopping, bakery, …) and with a good price. The hotel allowed me to take my bike to the room

close to the shopping mall, parking free, great breakfast.

not going back

the windows were horribly dirty. the reception said that they hadn’t been washed because the windows did not open.

I booked the best room, it was okay, but far from my expectations.

There was no cleaning service every day, only under request or every 3 days, the Windows was completely dirty , the restaurant is totally not professional, starting with the waiter ( using jogging trousers and the hair not organized? and the food is awful. I think a lot of improvement is necessary. I’ll not stay there more.

Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. The staff was very helpful and polite even before we arrived.

Staff was very polite and helpful

Breakfast was a bit confusing. Snacks items and caramel flan for breakfast.
