    Pros +

    • Cleanness
    • Courteous staff, clean, very good breakfast.
    • The family room is very big - it is 2 separate bedrooms + a living room. The air conditioning works fine, but it is limited to 24 degrees and a bit "dusty" (there was a feeling that the AC had been turned off for a long-long time). The hotel personnel are very friendly and polite. The price for a 4* hotel for a big room is not expensive (but I realized why it is so - see the minuses of the hotel below). The railway station is near the hotel, so if you plan to use a train to travel around Naples and use the hotel just for sleeping, then maybe it is a suitable place.

    Cons -

    • Bedroom very sombre No table Restaurant cooked with frozen ingredients like octopus fish etc
    • It was Institutional. Dark, strange decor in hallways. Felt spooky. Oddly they Provided some bathroom amenities like toothbrush & paste, etc. but no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. ?
    • The breakfast is very poor for a 4* hotel. The hotel has a lot of space, but it is mostly empty - one restaurant and a small bar - but maybe it is because they are doing renovation right now. Nothing to do outside, because the town is very small and it is not a tourist place at all, but this is not related to the hotel, but the surrounding area. The hotel is close to the railway station - it is a plus and a minus, because sometimes you can hear the trains. The furniture in the room is quite simple and cheap. Some sensor buttons in the elevators are not working - you need to touch them multiple times before they will work. So, for me it is a 3* hotel, but not 4*.

If you book a room with breakfast included, please make sure that you don't order sunny side up eggs, as you'll pay additional 8 Euro. The rate "breakfast included" includes only scrambled eggs.

I can't say I didn't like something, all in all hotel was clean (floors, bathroom), the only thing was some hair on the bedroom sheets. This can happen, nothing I would complain about. The sheets were spotless clean.

The beds, friendly staff in restaurant.

No window in the second bed room, at night it not possible to find a taxi. Not many shops or restaurants around the hotel.

    Staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel wasn’t very clean. The room wasn’t great and had fixtures hanging off the walls. Bad location and nothing around the area.

The hotel is very good. Excellent services are available. The staff is very kind and nice. Parking is available but not free. The hotel location is good and the prices are reasonable. Parking is available but not free. Special thanks to the staff, especially Alessandro and Marco.... you are kind and helpful.

The parking should be free to the client because its inside the Hotel building.

Spacious family rooms with great sea-views. Good breakfast in a big hall upstairs with nice sea views as well. Location is great to explore Pompeii and the surroundings. Close to Naples. You can also book a boat to take you to Capri from the port. Helpful and accommodating staff.

    Large area, multiple rooms

Didn’t have good service, almost nothing inside. No coffee machine, not water boiler, no iron

The location is a 5 minute walk from the TrenItalia station and a 15 minute walk to the Circumvesuviana train service. We were en vacation to see as many archaeological sites as possible and these transport services made that so easy for us to do.The hotel restaurant has a lovely views over the bay that made for an uplifting breakfast each morning. The breakfast itself was a buffet rich in choices. Unlike most Italian hotels that we have stayed in, the breakfast service lacked a barista to make excellent coffe. Instead they have the most extraordinary coffee machines I have ever encountered that make delicious coffee of your choice at the push of a button.Despite the fact that the hotel is mainly orientated toward corporate and group stays, they have managed to create a seemingly seamless environment to serve the individual traveller also and one of the highlights of the stay was simply the quality of the friendly and helpful staff.

A quite bizarre downside of our stay in a superior double room was that the poor design of the sizeable bathroom. One had to climb stairs into a shower set above the bath. Standing in a bath for a shower feels somewhat perilous. The toilet and bidet were squeezed into a space that was so small that the toilet was only just about useable for a normal sized man and the bidet unusable by anyone.

Location is good, good connectivity to naples and other touristic locations nearby.

Service not up to the mark. Our room locker was not working, mentioned it to the reception 2 times but no action. Breakfast also a thumbs down, most of the breakfast items were sweet and the attended for breakfast on our first day was very rude and arrogant.

    Fantastic view from our room

We had to move from a room with an even better view because the power in our 1st room was faulty

The food was good, the restaurant is verry basic. Not a plesant place you want to eat . Surch in the neighberhood , there are verry nice en comfy places you want to eat.

My cloths where stolen.I forgot them , called the same day and the reception said nothing was found. The door from the room was locked, I gave the key to thee reception when I left.

    Close to family

No place for coffee and not very welcoming

    6NicolaPosted on: 9-5-2023

The room was spacious and clean.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the apartment. Full fridge freezer, dining room table, but no self-catering facilities at all.The shower was awful, with no seals on the shower screen. Toilet seat half hanging off.Hotel bar never open.Hotel arranged airport pick up. Waited for an hour and 45 minutes. No taxi.

Location was perfect with access to the regional train route, tourist sites like Herculaneum, Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius. Large family room with very comfortable beds. Fantastic views of the Bay from the restaurant for breakfast - they do serve lunch and evening meals too but we had plans. Staff were very helpful

Quite sterile environment, but served the purpose for our stay

The size of the room was great, basically a 2 brdm apartment but no kitchen. It was central to where we were visiting, so that helped. The hotel itself was funky decor- wise. The breakfast was good.

The town itself was a little old and run down. Hotel is right next to railroad tracks and some decrepit buildings, but very close to the port. Would have been nice to have a clothes rack in the room and laundry faculties in the hotel.

    1KarinaPosted on: 7-12-2023

The staff member on reception was very nice and helpful.

The property was horrendous. A strong smell of damp as soon as you enter and the rooms were horrible! Dirty shower floors, bathroom had a strong stench as well as the bedcovers and curtains having brown stains on them. The pictures were nothing like the reality! Stains and spills on the floor and there were no bedcovers! We didn’t even end up staying and moved hotels the same night.

    6KristinaPosted on: 7-10-2023

Lovely breakfast with the sea view.

Room not cleaned properly, bedding not being changed regularly, had to ask bedding to be changed after 3 nights.

    3MichaelPosted on: 7-2-2023

Staff tried to help, but the issues were well out of their control.

Holes in the walls, cabinets drilled shut, BROWN water running from the faucets, appliances not working, elevators that were finicky, ac didn't work, getting locked in the stairwell to name a few.
