Garden Hotel

Pleasant staff and hotel just a drive to the to beach.

A poor choice for breakfast. Bad experience in dining room. I had finished my meal and my husband hadn't been served so he cancelled his meal.

Bathroom, in particular the shower access, which was very narrow.Lack of electric power outlets in the bedroom. We had to unplug the desk light to fit a phone charger.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

This is the second time I have returned to the Garden Hotel. The location is strategic: close to the Pontina road, with which you can reach Rome in less than an hour. In addition, the hotel is located on via del Lido, in the direction of Capo Portiere and the main beaches of Latina. In 10 minutes you can reach the sea by car. Finally, from the hotel it is possible to reach the two main shopping centers in Latina: Morbella is a 2-minute walk away. Latina Fiori is a five-minute drive away. In addition to the location, we were pleasantly surprised by the large selection of products offered at breakfast and the friendliness of the bar staff.

The hotel structure is old. This results in some objective disadvantages such as: smelly drains (the shower one especially), peeling walls, and outdated furniture (especially the closet hangers). Finally, the absence of a mini bar (in August!) weighed in no small part. Last thing, breakfast with plastic cutlery! A very impractical and unsustainable solution.

The Hotel is in town, although not in the center, but still quite practical. Breakfast was very generous and staff very kind

My room was extremely small, almsot claustrophobic. Definitely not ideal to smart work. Facilities seemed quite old. Walls very thin and definitely not soundproofed. All in all, a a quite noisy environmbet.

The staff was extremely kind. I booked in the middle of the night for an emergency and they helped me to get to the hotel. The following day I had great explanations on how to move around Latina from the reception. Room clean confortable and quiet.

The breakfast was very varied and abundant but there is a lot of single use plastic!

The location is quite remote so if you don’t have a car you will be spending a lot of money on taxis as it’s difficult to travel to places. It states 5km to a beach but you will need to get a a taxi which is €20 each way! the buses take an hour! The room itself the toilet smelt like sewage, there was mould and paint peeling of the walls, limescale on the shower head, The breakfast was the biggest let down, it’s sweets and cakes and the continental meats finished by 8.30am and we had asked if they would be bringing any out they said no

Breakfast good for children, but not for adults. Hundreds types of sweets but no vegetables, eggs, bacon, bread,... Only toasts. Good youghurts. Coffee from breakfast automat was terrible, but luckily lady on the bar prepared standard coffee without problem and with smile. So at the end no catastrophe but it could be deffinetely better. No fridge in the room. Pretty weak sound insulation, you can listen people in the corridor. Our window was towards backyard where is something big under construction so from some 7am beeping and rolling of heavy machines woke us up.

Excellent service, kind stuff, strategic location, good sound isolation, comfortable beds and extra pillows (what is very important for me)

There was no courtain for the shower in the room we had, so basically you had the shower in the middle of the bathroom and after taking it the water was everywhere.The design pretty old fashioned Hotel is OK to stay for one night but not more

Spacious and very clean. The staff at the reception and bar were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Fantastic service.The breakfast bar had many options and all stocked up ready.

very basic overall, one plug in the room, breakfast was poor, no body wash (just shampoo bags) - just not great value for money overall, given you get higher rated hotels for the same amount on booking.com. we booked there because the location was convenient

The room was very dirty, so disappointing for that price (basic double room).I will never come back there.

Just a few details in the bathroom such as the water basket and the shower box. Just minoe things that could be fixed to make it 100%. Breakfast was abundant and with a wide choice of food. Excellent.

wrong adress on bookig. We needed gelp for finding the hotel and on reception was just ;oh we known that happens often. Everything for breakfast is in plastic. To much plasic
