Cleanliness and friendly staff. The place is so calm

If they can have microwaves in the rooms

Everything about the venue was amazing, from the security at the gate to the reception lady. They all were so friendly and the room was so clean and neat, smelled refreshing. We enjoyed every minute.

The environment. The breakfast and place it's self it's very nice how they did the setup for the kids wow it is nice. Definitely will recommend.

The basin tap doesn't have hot water and also there's cockroaches.

Everything, the garden, pool, bathroom is very clean and tidy, bedroom smells fresh

Reception from security guard to lovely receptionist, rooms super clean and beautiful.

The shower n toilet partitions, could be made private it will be great.

Their staff from the gate(security), reception & housekeeping they welcomed us with friendly manner always.

The fact that my partner didn't get bacon during breakfast but we really enjoyed it..

The breakfast, bed was comfortable, the vunue is clean and beautiful.

Cleanliness, food and that it has tight security for our parked cars, breakfast was delicious and also it has a lot of swimming pools

The location is central ,and the property is very clean.

We had to carry bags up a fight of stairs(No elevator or trolleys) .We had to go fetch the ironing board and iron from reception ,and this was not delivered to the room. It would have been great to get some assistance,but outside of this we were accommodated with everything else

It was clean and swimming pools are kept clean as well. Lots of shaded parking. The place it is safe.

The room and the breakfast was perfect.

We bathed with cold on our third day in the morning and there was no electricity the whole day,we were in the dark since morning until late around 19h00 .We had to cancel our stay a day before our check out time because of that.The facility doesn’t have electricity back in case of loadshedding or power cut.Wirst experience ever?

Was surprised at the great accommodation, styling, safety and staff. Bonus was a great breakfast. Very relaxing. Will definitely use them again.

Breakfast was good and the food was tasty. Although the place was a bit packed, chefs prepare more food for the clients. The staff members were active and attentive. I loved my stay at the Palm Swift.

I think there should be bathroom doors in the rooms. Bathroom activities should be private no matter who you are lodging with. It is still not healthy to have someone eating or sleeping in the same room with the other using the bathroom.

It is a nice hotel and good staff and clean can't complain,

I feel like the shower can do with the door so the water can't split all over the place and toilet ,it was noisy am not sure if the other tenants were having a party till am or what bust couldn't sleep properly with all the noise

The hotel is stunning, but getting there is a bit daunting.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, the 3 swimming pools , the breakfast and the braai facility.

No tour guide about activities around the area.
