All but I just want to give an suggestion how about a play ground for child and a partial creche for our babies with a fee so we can relaxed nice at the pool Remember we come as a family for holiday , everything was excellentMake it child friendly for usThanks

The breakfast was so delicious and we had enough food

The noise management, our neighbours made noise with music and we could literally hear them talk because the rooms gave eco. I didn’t really enjoy my stay because I had to play music the entire night because I didn’t want noise coming from the next room. It wasn’t a peaceful stay at all

The place was amazing, very clean, great staff. The breakfast was delicious but it would’ve been nicer to get something different the following day.

The rooms didn’t have a microwave. There no cutlery like spoons for the tea even if it was those wooden spoons you get from takeouts. Also there were no glasses for our drinks.

Honestly I’m out of words. Everything exceeded my expectations. From the food to the service. My highlight was the convenience of having a 24/7 reception. The food was amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything about the place was amazing. I am definitely coming back for more. I feel like the photos don’t do justice to the place

Neat, clean. Rooms are spectacular. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was divine, especially the lady that made the omelettes, she was great

THE FOOD WAS LOVELY, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN.

THE TV IS HARD TO OPERATE - WE WERE WATCHING DSTV WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S PROFILES. THE NOISE FROM STAFF MEMBERS AND THE SERVICE THAT SOME (MOST) OF THE STAFF GIVE - THOSE TWO THINGS WILL BRING DOWN THE RATINGS OF THAT PLACE. THEIR NOISE IS JUST NOT RIGHT THEY'RE RUDE!! - THAT PLACE IS A LODGING PLACE, GUESTS DESERVE QUIETNESS AND REST, NOT THEIR NOISE. HOW DO YOU SCREAM AT EACH OTHER? THIS IS UPSETTING FOR REALPARKING IS A PROBLEM - THERE'S NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACE.

Staff, accommodation and service.

There was a night when other guests were making a lot of noise in the middle of the night and there seemed to be no one/security to call them to order. I think some change in breakfast daily would make a difference.

The staff was professional and kind. Their response rate was good. The quality of the food and services was good.

The sizes of the rooms were smaller than I expected. Most of the time I felt cramped.

The apartments are clean,friendly staff,nice views.breakfast was delicious

Too many apartments with many people over new years eve.the room was a little too small

Value for money

Forgot our braai tongs and we couldn’t borrow their forks to braai. We asked for our sheets to be changed and they just keep making the beds with dirty sheets for 4nights

The noise, the other guests were rowdy and I could hear them from my room since the rooms are so small and close to each other

The location was ok and easy to access. Breakfast served was good also

Kitchen staff a bit rude

The facility was very clean and staff were friendly

That there was no food or beverages available to purchase besides the vending machines with crazy prices.

Clean,the property is exactly the same as in pictures,I loved the interior decor as well,beautiful.

They don’t have electricity backup,we didn’t get the warning about load reduction.

Was the noisiest place I have ever been to in my entire life - guests were screaming and singing till early hours of the morning and staff did nothing. Breakfast I was give tinned fruit in a polystyrene container when asked for an earlier breakfast as I simply couldn’t eat with those guests - will never be back here again.

The place is quiet. Delicious breakfast. Clean swimming pools. Braai areas.

If they could play soft music but not loud.

Very unpleasant stay at this hotel

The hotel had booked a group of people, who made our stay unpleasant, they were drinking , making noise the whole night , shouting , making the loudest noise , knocking at other people's rooms , the disturbance continued until checkout time , reported to hotel staff on duty and security , they all did not take any action
