The staff was very polite. The food was delicious. Location is awesome! :)

In the playground room some of the games were not working.

Everything was just amazing! Great location! Amazing food in the restaurant as well as the breakfast, very varied and tasty. The staff were super nice, attended to every need we had.We were a couple, but the hotel is also very family-friendly, it has some attractions for kids and a game room and so on.Thank you for a delightful stay!

The location is amazing! Near by you can find breathtaking landscapes and eco trails. Very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I will come back for sure!

I loved everything!

Great location, easy to go on hikes on several options considering the transportation method. Spacey room, food was tasty as tried the local dishes, spa was fine in general. Staff is friendly and nice. Very quiet during our stay.

Personal opinion: might be better with some more air in the swimming pool but that is easily fixable with the opening of the windows so such option exists.

The location is very nice in the woods if you like hiking its ideal. Breakfast was superb and the food in the restaurant is also great. Staff is polite, rooms were very clean and the hotel is in great shape.

Only thing I didnt like was that there was no fireplace in the apartment although the pictures of the apartment we reserved showed that there is a fireplace (also on the list of stuff in the apartment showed that there is fireplace)..

It was clean, warm and peaceful, great for a rest.The best thing out of everything was the staff. The last day we were alone in the hotel and they treated us like royalties!! - bringing food to the room, preparing food only for us, etc. We were just very impressed with the staff! They were great!

The soa center is not the best, but is good enough. The pool is very small, but great for children.

I felt that the restaurant is a bit expensive and I would have enjoyed if there was English breakfast in the breakfast card.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Walking distance to the Smolyan lakes and other mountain trails.

Great location. The hotel is located 10 mins outside of the city center (car ride). It’s clean, comfortable and the restaurant is great if you don’t want to drive. The wellness center is small but it has all you need and it’s very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There’s so much to see around the town. You can ask the receptionist for recommendations.

The staff is really friendly. The location is second to none, close to all the good ecopaths in the area. The food is good and the rooms are clean. They have also built a house for a stray dog :) I highly recommend it.

Slightly disappointing as we had expected a comfy place to meet up with new family.

Rooms could have been brighter and less brown. Bed was fairly hard. Not keen on the paper bracelet we had to wear throughout the stay. Would have liked a lounge area where we could relax and chat with friends.

Excellent accommodation! The breakfast is very delicious.It is perfectly clean and the stuff are very friendly.

Very good location. 10 minutes walk from Smolyan lakes. Nice view of the mountain and fresh cool air.

Very helpful staff! They attended to on demand changes in our stay in no time. Food was very nice (a bit pricey:) ). The SPA is nice - especially the massages done by Siika. Pool is children friendly.

The breakfast can be a bit more tasty and with more variety. Pool size.

As usual, everything was great. Nice big rooms, nice showers, amazing food. The restaurant is really great, regardless of breakfast, lunch or dinner. Location is amazing as it's adjacent to so many great hikes.

Probably some flexibility on the menu items would be good - we asked for a few changes but they were all declined, but nothing major

Well made food, pleasant staff and great location. We haven't tried the spa facilities. It is well suited for relaxing near the forest, mountains and lakes. Food was nothing extraordinary, but it was tasty and well made.

Our room was above the restaurant which was just a bit noisy, but actually that was not even a problem. There were really no problems. Recommended.

Everything was perfect. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Nice mountains view. Staff were very nice. Short walk to a few small lakes

The kitchen could have been better equipped with towels and cleaning cloth. A floor towel in the bathroom could also be nice.

We are very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff was at an excellent level, also the food was extremely tasty. The location is top notch. Definitely will be there for a second time.

We have one tiny recommendation, to pay attention to the windows in the rooms, because it was winding through the window.
