Amazing place to regenerate and relax. Cozy and romantic place in the heart of Rodopa mountain. Close to the woods and mountain. Opportunity for mountain biking and walking in the forest.Very close to Snejanka peak.Great views and magical night sky.Very friendly staff and very good service.Delicious meals. The restaurant has an amazing outside patio with tables where you can enjoy your meal and view.Suitable for families with children and pets. It has its own parking lot. Great value. DO NOT MISS IT

The accommodation, the restaurant, the staff - excellent. Clean and comfortable. Quiet place with a unique view from the rooms. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Location was great! Close to Smolyan and also good if you want to explore all nearby sights. Available parking. Views are breathtaking. Very clean.

Nice view

Unfortunately staff was nowhere to be found. After 10am went 3 times to restaurant to get coffee and nobody was there. Room wasn’t clean during our stay and had to go and ask for toiletries. What was advertised and we paid for as one bedroom villa was multiple hotel rooms connected to one another with outdoor entrances, instead of double bed or king size we had two single beds moved next to each other. Food at dinner was okay, but for breakfast there was very limited choice and only eggs that could get was boiled. Boys that was working in the restaurant were keen but definitely need to up their game (one of them was wearing t shirt with middle finger on the back). Not sure that’s what staff should be showing their guests. I wish I could write better review for the hotel as this is my home town where I grown, but unfortunately I can’t.

Everything else. There was nothing in the restaurant to eat. We needed to reserve food and expected it for dinner, but then it happened so that there was nothing left for us. The hot water needed to run fir 10-15 min to actually become hot water. Disappointed!!!

The interior is very beautiful, our bed was very comfortable and the room was clean when we arrived. The food at the restaurant was very delicious. Location of the hotel is great.

Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 3 nights stay, we didn’t have enough toiletries and had to ask it. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and the room became very hot.

There were cats at the property, which was OK, however, the cats were climbing on top of the tables, where people usually eat. There was a spa center, but you had to contact the staff in order to turn it on. Most of the staff wasn't present when needed. The food was not very good, but it is somehow a personal preference. I would say that the rating here in booking doesn't correspond to reality, except for the cleaning part. If I had to rate it, I would say it was a mediocre stay - 5 out of 10. The lady however was nice and helpful, but the food, the cats and the spa center could be a lot better

Excellent hotel. Modern, spotless, comfortable rooms and great bed, good service and very reasonable price. The place is a bit out of town, which is a great plus, since the views are incredible from each and every angle. We loved the place and wished we stayed longer. It has free parking as well.

Definitely overpriced for what they provide!Our overall experience was not good.The staff was always staying in the restaurant. Only one of 3 days the steam bath was working, and the sauna was on only during the evening. There were no additional towels for the SPA, and for 3 days nobody changed our towels. The temperature in the room was uncomfortably high without option to control it.Breakfast was included in the price but without coffee or tea, also if you are not in the restaurant for the breakfast at the starting time you will not find anything left from it in 30 min.

We purchased half board, and both the breakfast and dinner were perfect. The personnel was extremely helpful. The hotel is located nearby to main road but in winter time, the branch road could be sliperry due to the snow, be careful. The room was big, and it was really hot (it was perfect during the snow time). If you go for skiing, it is approximately 20 minutes far away from the lifts/ski pistes by driving located in both Stoykite and Pamparovo. The hotel has also spa, we didnot try but it looked very nice & the message appointments were full, you should make the appointment prior to your visit. Thank you for great hospilatiy.

I loved everything about this place. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation or hiking experience. The host was super friendly, and the food was delicious.

you never see the staff, the reception is always empty nobody to ask or help! They don’t say you have ti pay extra for dogs!

Location and the view and the room is large and beautiful

No room cleaning in 3 days. No toilettires replaced by self. Always have to ask the hostess.

The location of the hotel is great. Everything looks new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid for half board - the dinner was wonderful.

Great family owned hotel!Rooms are nice, warm and cozy! There are fridge, kettle, soap and shampoo in room!Meanwhile you can enjoy sauna and massage there as well.Interior design is original and looks good and cozy.There is restaurant inside with tasty Bulgarian cuisine ?Hotel is located not far away from the main road , on hill so you can enjoy nice views from window or open terrace.Hotel staff are family members and they are really friendly ?One of the nice places where I enjoyed was lobby ? That makes warm and comfortable feeling!I like that hotel and I would like to come back again ??

There was a construction in frond of the hotel and parking was a bit hazard.

Very friendly and polite staff, ready to address your requests. The location and the exterior (green) spaces are well-designed and could satisfy even the most pretentious clients. They readily accept pets.

Although we booked (and actually paid for) a Deluxe King Room (not a Deluxe King Suite - check the website to see the differences), we were accommodated in a lower-level room (no sofa, etc). As clients, we found this quite unsettling.
