SPA Hotel Kiparis

Amazing place. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, extremely clean bathroom. The spa center is perfectly maintained. The staff is both friendly and professional. Dogs allowed. The food in the restaurant is exceptionally delicious. Not 10, but 11 points.

Everything. Super clean place, friendly and competent staff, the spa was super well kept, with a sauna with a glass window with a .mountain view. Amazing!

The location is great, very comfortable bed as well. Very clean, great food, nice size pool, and nice spa area.

The TV was quite small. Everything else was great.

The location of the hotel is very comfortable: close to the amphitheater, the cinema, the museum and the planetarium. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything I could ask for in a hotel room. The pool area has unique design and absolutely stunning views. Overall 10/10 hotel.

The hosts are very helpful and very kind. I loved the mattress and the pillows. The room is spacious and well furnished. The fridge is silent which is very important for me. The bathroom is big and clean.

The hairdryer in my room is working for only 30seconds, then switching off for 2 minutes, then switching on for 30 seconds again and so on. It will be helpful to display on the site the price for using the room in floor 2. We wanted to play board games there, but we were not prepared for the fee.

The staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious. In the restaurant there were different types of food for a reasonable price, the portions were a little bit small, that's the only thing I can say that needs improvement. The rooms were clean. There is free parking.

Great hotel with lovely staff and high quality service. Quiet atmosphere, available parking, lovely spa center and amazing restaurant. The rooms are cozy and have all the facilities you need. If you are visiting the Rhodope mountains and Smolyan in particular this is the place to stay in.

We love staying at this hotel when we visit family in Smolyan. They are always so polite and accommodating. The kids love the pool. Free breakfast is a bonus. Restaurant and bar staff are very helpful also. Great hotel.

It was an exceptional weekend for my partner and I as we couldn't find much about the place on any social media platforms and a lot of the reviews online were from years back. When we arrived we instantly recognized that the place was fantastic. From the gate to the room, the staff, the spa, the lobby, restaurant - every single detail was great. Clean, warm, welcoming, cozy, modern. It's a must visit and a must return again!

The food in the restaurant, staff is very kind and responsitive, the location, car parking, cleanliness, coziness.

Didn't like the SPA and especially the pool, which was very small and with very dirty and cold water, there is no water into the SPA center. Temperature at the SPA is very high. There is no relaxing cool zone. There is not enough storage place in the rooms for clothes such as wardrobes for 3 persons - 1 wardrobe is not enough. Breakfast is pretty good, but it is the same every day. If you stay for more days, there is no variousity.

The hotel is great. I recommend it to everyone!The hotel has its own parking. The rooms are newly furnished, clean and large. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean. The water in the pool was warm, perfect for small children. There was also a children's corner. The children's corner is not very big, but it was convenient because our child wanted to play in it. The food in the restaurant is delicious. All the staff were friendly. We would definitely come back again!

Excellent stay. Great little spa below the hotel included in the price - open 9am to 8pm. Comfortable room. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Car parking included. And all for quite a reasonable price considering the package. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel and good value for money.

It was quite noisy in the evening and someone from another floor was apparently smoking in the bathroom which we then smelled in ours.

Perfect location, very clean, reception staff is great.

The stuff in tthe restaurant are so lazy...they don't clean the tables in the morning, never look for refill breakfast and etc. It would be nice if you have some coffee/tea facilities in the room.If decide to order an espresso for breakfast, have in mind it's quite costly.It's the 3rd visit with a TV problem in the room.

The restaurant is fully renewed, and the meals are perfect.The staff in restaurant is very polite.

The creme brulee was amazing in the restaurant, the staff is pretty friendly and cool, also fast to get the food ready. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfy and nice, I did not try the breakfast unfortunately, but my friends did and told me there was everything.

Nice rooms , very clean everywhere , very comfortable bads , ...

The breakfast can be improved, NO lobby bar , restaurant Belo expectations and very extensive for that quality .
