Location, it's in a run down area, not dangerous, just not well kept.

When you arrive for breakfast and there is no more coffee, no more eggs and no more milk and you have to wait before they bring some back. (Could be better organized)The noise the cleaning ladies make early in the morning in the corridor (talking loud, noise of the walkie talkies…)

Very helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate me. Room and breakfast was good. Wifi worked well. I was happy with my stay here.

Located in a shady neighborhood but it’s close to the border and great value for money.

The hotel was very basic, no hairdryer in the room, poor breakfast nobody spoke English so hard to communicate with Reception.

The location was convenient.

My room flooded, the towels are like a 100 years old. The rooms are old and the checkout at 10 am is just the cherry on top.

They let us to check-in early. They do have a small pool to refresh when it's hot outside. Breakfast quite poor. Shower door was broken so the floor in the bathroom was wet all the time.

Not a good location. Did not feel comfortable walking around at night. Rough area.They recently installed a sliding door to the bathroom that has a sharp edged bolt sticking up to tear your foot open. This was very dangerous. We wrapped a towel over it to protect our feet in the middle of the night.

The reception staff were very helpful and understanding.

Breakfast was poor, with not many choices. The shower in the room was diabolical. It was impossible to control the flow and temperature.

Good quality hotel, clean and bright. The suite was spacious, with good wi-fi, and giant bad (although pillows weren't comfy). Not far from all the center shopping places, e.g. $1.3 by Uber to the Nissei store. But beware of traffic. In the evening it took us 40 mins to finish literally the last mile to the hotel.

Breakfast was average, there was some usual selection of food for the area, but mainly nothing tasty. No single cup or bottle of water in the room. When I asked in reception for a glass or a cup - they offered only plastic ones referencing some strange policy. Asked for a paper one - they have them near the coffee machine. Parking doesn't have plenty of room, probably some track wouldn't fit well. But overall it's good value for money, I would return next time if the rooms are discounted.

Staff is fast and helpful, good breakfast, nice rooms, very good beds, good desk, good temperature of water.

Poor television, it seemed like if subscription ended.Wifi was terrible, i had very important things to do and this was a very major issue. Please fix. In room 213 the wifi was almost non existent.There was a strange high pitched sound by times in second floor which was very disturbing. No idea what it was, like maybe a pipe with a lot of pressure maybe.The area is ok but don't suggest to walk too much at night.

The location is great.

The breakfast was very basic, to say the least. Also, the bed was way too small for a person who is >1,85. Also there is no good sound insulation.

It’s a good place for one or two nights. A clean room, great staff, close parking for car and not bad breakfast (fresh and tasty). The location close to the border.

The hotel exceeded our expectations from the pictures and the price. It was incredibly comfortable and peaceful. The coffee at breakfast was some of the best I have had in Paraguay, living here for 13 years!

If your visiting Ciudad del Este I highly recommend this property. Centrally located and very friendly staff- the one young lady at the front (whose name I didn’t catch ) in particular was so friendly and helpful. Came with a basic but tasty breakfast and the bed was super comfortable. Also around the corner is a guy on the street that has a charcoal grill whose meat was to die for! I can’t see getting back to Paraguay but if I did I’d stay again for sure!

Very friendly staff, good and safe parking, breakfast is varied. Good A/CVery good recommendation of taxi driver to Iguazu falls.

No hangers, door of bathroom very rickety, (too) big chair in small room.

Staff very helpful with information. Big spacious room and comfortable beds. Good shower. Breakfast was okay and had a wide selection. We could also store bags for free whilst we went to the fam in the morning.
