Room was very clean. View from balcony was great.

The phone in our room didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk to get the temperature (ac unit) to work or get extra towels delivered

Excellent view from the room, coffee machine and water dispenser was a nice touch for guests that wanted a little cafe at all hours! Loved the mini fridge stocked with snacks and drinks (additional cost) but still available should you feel peck-ish!

The breakfast and parking were good. The air conditioning took a while to kick in, but once it did it was nice and cool. We loved the sound of the waves crashing, although we couldn’t opening the door or windows to hear it at night without the AC automatically stopping.

The bed and pillows were very hard/firm but we were so tired we still slept. The view was obstructed by frosted glass. There is no pool, and it was warm so we dipped our ankles in the ocean to try to cool off. We did not bring ocean shoes and couldn’t use the “beach” which was restricted by a fence. This is a rocky property and there was a lot of algae. We drove and found a beautiful sandy area where we could walk, and wonderful restaurant that served steak. The only menu options at the on-site restaurant were seafood.

The staff were wonderful. It was great that the property was on the beach and it was easy to access. From the main train station and to the airport we did use a Taxi, but it was easy to use the bus to get to the city. We will stay there again.

Nothing specific. All was good. Unfortunately it was a short visit and due to high winds affecting the ocean, we were not able to swim as much as we wanted to and visit nearby beaches.

The room was so very hot and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. There was no ice available although the front desk said we could get it at the restaurant. The hours of the restaurant weren’t posted or given to us, so we didn’t get breakfast in the am.

Area was just ok

The room was spacious, clean and the sea view was nice. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is easy to reach from Livorno train station by bus.

Everything was fine. Dinner at the hotel was quite expensive so we decided to opt for other restaurants.

Great location, nice personal, good breakfast, nice modern room. Would come back.

we spend only one night and came late in the evening, with a short stay we still had a very positive impression, hotel is newly renovated and very clean with spacious rooms, at a very good location with very friendly host.Hotel has a good restaurant and there is one more next door, both of them look to be very attractive.we will certainly come again in our next trip to Livorno

Worst experience that I have had in over 30 years of travel, we checked in and realised that the cot that the hotel had provided was no good for our grandson and the bed base had been set to high we then went to reception for help but we were told by the hotel staff that they had provided their service and if it was no good that they couldn’t do anything, the cot itself was fully height adjustable and had the hotel taken the time to look they would have seen this, I went back to the reception again to ask for their help and I explained that we could not let our grandson sleep in the cot they had provided as it was not safe and that he could have easily fallen out, again the hotel said they couldn’t help us, so I requested that we cancel our reservation so that we could seek alternative accommodation in their area, they bluntly refused to do this and said there was nothing wrong with our room or the cot, with this in mind I then searched the local area for a maintenance store as the cot only needed an Allen / Hex key to adjust it and I was help to make the adjustment myself so that our grandson could sleep peacefully unfortunately I couldn’t purchase a set so I returned to the hotel, this was now 8.00pm and our grandson still had no suitable sleeping arrangements, I then wrote a message up to the hotel requesting that they refund us and that I would not be happy to be charged for my stay and that we were being forced to check out the following morning, we then had to settle our grandson in his buggy so that he could sleep peacefully, however the hotel management then called our room at 11.

The staff were disgustingly rude and abrupt to us even though we had a genuine concern with our room, the room may have been clean but the facilities were unsuitable for our needs and the hotel weren’t interested, I even asked for a family room but they wouldn’t help us, totally disgraceful approach to customer service and problem solving..
