Gross floor and shower, terrible bed

Only the location not too far from center is ok. Parking garage not too far away, but it is at extra cost. Air condition worked well - but easy for a small room.

Very loud hotel, I could not sleep well. The walls are superthin. I only booked this hotel because I needed to go to take the ferry in the morning. The bath was just ok, but a small room.

Location, bus stop very close , next to the Market Centrale , good restaurants and bars. Nice breakfast.

Several pubes on the toilet seat. Hair on the bathroom floor. Bad smell of chemicals and sewer in the room. The toilet didn’t flush so I had to fill a waste basket with water to flush

Central stay with private parking at walking distance.

Very friendly and organised stuff, they are locals and they know about the city, you can ask them for places to go and they are always happy to help with good suggestions. The toilets are super clean and hygienic, unlike the room itself which had alot of dust and strains on furniture and it had funny smells, specially coming out of the closet. The hotel is very informative regarding everything that anyone would need to know. They have nice balconies with good views. There is a bus station right infront of the hotel and the hotel itself is located right in the city centre with all the shops around it. Also they have good coffee.

I was expecting better breakfast, even eggs where not served, the breakfast is missing important protiens, vitamins and minerals, instead it was saturated with carb and sugar from packaged products, nothing really fresh, it was not healthy nor tasty. The TV was not working. The Fridge was not working and stinky. There wasn't a single hanger in the room to hang any piece of cloth and I couldn’t use the closet because it smelled wierd as it was not cleaned, with the rest of furniture that has dust and stains on, the room itself was not very clean. Also the toielt is placed in a weird way next to column that make it impossible to sit on the toielt seat straight, it is not comfortable at all. The elevator is ancient it should be in museum, it takes longer than the bus trip to use it.

Hotel is on Main Street so it can be noisy at night . A few more options could be offered for breakfast

Overall Room was Great !! Very Clean.

Shower was kinda small. with the sliding doors shut, very hard to move around. I'm a small person, (120Lbs) so anyone medium and up , would have difficulty.

Nicely placed quiet hotel in the shopping district of Livorno.5 minutes from Mercato Centrale and many nice cafes etc.Air Conditioning much needed.

Very nice stop over hotel on the way to Corsica. Close to restaurants, supermarket, and self-serve laundry. My second time staying here. A five minute ride by taxi to Corsica or Moby ferries

The accommodation was great, only the breakfast could have been better. Otherwise, the accommodation met my expectations.

Breakfast could have been better. I missed a salty breakfast. Most pastries were sweet. I prefere for example egs, ham atd.

Location great with on street parking. Friendly staff who spoke excellent English. Good breakfast considering how cheap it was

The bookin.com has cancelle our rooms but they have kept reserved as they said to us.

The poorest breakfast ever. conserved fruits, only cup cakes and staff from super market. End. Screams during the night and early morning not let relax. Some people around during arrival and departure looks clossar. A teenager girl aske from us some 'tesseract' we understood she wanted to buy cigarettes from the beverage. Room old furniture in the bathroom i have seen cucaracha. We left one evening earlier but they did not returned the money back.
