Air-conditioning worked really well even though it took a long time to cool down the room.

Beds were soooo massively uncomfortable!! I'm pregnant in my third trimester and I couldn't sleep properly at all!! My 2 kids found the bed very hard too. Definitely not recommended for comfort. Room was also very noisy because of the traffic outside and seagulls. I didn't realise that the window was left open because I didn't pull open the curtain.

Everyone was very kind and willing to help. Helping with the taxi and care and client focused attitude ?

Staff was very helpful.

It was very warm in the room on arrival.The AC was slow to cool the room down.

Really nice place for stay in the city, with good price. I liked super comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Also in the neighbourhood you can find perfect place to eat delicious Italian breakfast.

I could hear noises from the corridor well, unfortunately someone was very loud at night

Nice staff. Room was small, but had everything I needed. (Bed, shower, toilet etc.)

There was a lot of noise coming from what I think was the other guests' showers.

Good town centre location near central market(which can be bit noisy in the morning).

Breakfast was rather basic with limited choice.

Perfect overnight stay very close to the center of the city and easily accessible. Nice room with really comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff and host. Just note that they lock the front door after a certain hour but someone is always on premise.

Concierge/Owner of hotel was very helpfull, located in the middle of the city with all necessary things around it.

Very close to the port.Clean room plus a fridge but that's it.

Expensive for a such a small room, fantasy price for our dog. Normally I paid nothing to 10 euros extra, he charged us 15. One towel for two, staff quite uninterested in his guests.

Didn’t know the water in the refrigerator is not free. Direct booking is more cheaper.
