The hotel overall is very good, clean, easily accessible from the freeway, and with a professional and friendly staff. I've known it since they created it, and I have to say that it's a bit affected by time, but this is in no way at the expense of comfort and cleanliness! The only sore point (but just to nitpick) is that parking is not exclusive to the hotel, so because of the nearby shopping centers, it is sometimes difficult to find parking in front of the main entrance.

I didn't like anything.

The location is very far , There is no market or restaurant around. rooms furnishings are very simple. They didn't even put any complimentary water in the room. I drank water from the minibar and paid 3 euros. There were no slippers in the room. It is a very expensive hotel for Livorno, there are many nice hotels in big cities for this price.

The bathroom is amazing. Beautiful. Very hot water! Loved it. And the AC worked great.

The bed was very hard and the pillows were terrible.

Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. The reception staff on check in were helpful. Room was a nice size. Food in the restaurant was good & there was a decent selection of food at breakfast.

Some of the restaurant staff were very rude to patrons (basically turning them away for dinner, even with empty tables and no other options given the huge thunderstorm that was happening when we stayed.) We were told to “get out” before we had even finished our meal. Other guests got no food at all. Breakfast was odd - there were teabags but no cups of hot water laid out.

Only one power socket (plug) was working in the whole rooms and bathroom, which is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel : impossible to charge your phone during your night, impossible to charge your PC next to the office when you work, impossible to use the hair dryer in the bathroom…..and we rented 2 rooms, it was the same in the 2 rooms, so we can assume it maybe done on purpose.The place where the hotel is located is not nice, and inhabited area next to the train station with nothing around. The only positive note is the restaurant, that was quite good and the staff, that was very welcoming and kind.

Perfect match of amenties, service, and very fair price. Top quality thoughtful amenties such as free parking, big bathroom and shower, perfectly stocked mini-bar, very comfortable bed, perfect hotel closet, plenty of delicious choices for breakfast, and friendly staff that allowed me to practice not very good italian.

Not a single complaint as Hotel was very attentive without overdoing anything.

The staff is very, very friendly and helpful. Quiet, clean and very pleasant place to stay. You have out and underground parking. During our stay we visited Livorno, Pisa, Lucca and Cinque Terre. We made a very good choice with this hotel!

It needs to be refurbished, torn carpet, torn curtain. It needs to be a 4-star hotel as it should be.

The hotel seems like it was good in the past, but there's a clear lack of interest and/or money to keep it updated. Everything looks old and worn, from the lift to the breakfast room, from the walls to the furniture.Staff was okish, breakfast was the same. It wasn't horrible, but I expected much more. We were glad we only had to stay there one night.

The hotel was perfect for us. We were looking for a hotel close to the train station. It was about a 15 minute walk, but we were fine with that. It was very clean, and the staff was helpful.

The location is a little isolated from restaurants.

Food at the restaurant was much better than expected. Fancy looking bathroom for a basic room. Found the bed comfy. Seemed to be plenty of parking at the time we arrived (around 5:30).

Location is rather remote from the rest of town. But convenient to the highway.
