The location was good. Very easy to go around.

It looks like it used to be a nice hotel. I believe its old. There was a smell of fish in our floor. The room was old, smell of mold in the bathroom... you can clearly see its not well entertain

The lack of cleanliness, the room and bathroom were dirty, the carpet in the corridors was shameful, there was a nauseating smell. Can’t be a 5 star hotel

The facilities were worn out and slightly old and the shower didnt have good isolation, so water would flood the floor after shower. Other than that good.

The property is impressive in appearance and feels like a upscale apartment. The included breakfast was very good.

The room Hotiday assigned to us is furnished well, HOWEVER, there is a very strong sewer gas smell that doesn’t go away even after we opened the windows to try to air it out. We can’t sleep due to the suffocating smell.

Close to the port and just right in front of the boulevard. Safe parking . The hotel is fenced and gated. Huge bedroom and comfortable bed. The restaurant offers good food.

The floor of the shower room was not stable. It was broken so it keeps on moving up and down.

The room was beautiful and property was gorgeous. We slept with our window open and the entire property was silent. It was so peaceful! Breakfast buffet was lovely and worth every cent. Customer service was on point. We recommend this location and would stay again!

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was an amazing feast. Very helpful staff. Great location with bus stops right outside.

Bed was uncomfortable. Probably due to the mattress protector. It was lumpy. Veiw was the back of the building. Pool was cold and had to pay, so didn't use.

Good value for the money. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Great selections that even included smoked salmon. Friendly staff.

Called the number given during the booking to ask them to pick us up from the railway station, but the person receiving the phone could not speak English. Suggested that I call back in an hour. Taxis were a rare commodity in this city. Uber was not available.

Everything about Ali Reno was beautiful, secluded town 16 min train ride to Pisa cost 11 euro for 4 adults one way. Hotel perfect location, great views, room was amazing and clean.

A lot of the shops close for siesta.

The location of the hotel was excellent, in a great area near the seafront, good walks a nice little bae/restaurant around the corner with friendly staff.

There wasn't anything i would say i disliked, i did wait over 30 minutes for a taxi but ended up getting the bus.

Excellent in every way! Staff are professional. The hotel and facilities are clean and well maintained. The location on the sea is iconic. The fantastic breakfast on the balcony over looking the sea will be a lifetime memory.

I liked everything about the property and the hotel staff!

The location was excellent, the rooftop restaurant and bar has a fabulous view. The staff were excellent from the first meet and greet to check out. Fabriana in the restaurant was particularly good. This is our second stay at the hotel and it was as good as our last time.

I was a bit nervous about booking the hotel with Hotiday as my uncle, who lives in Livorno said there is no Hotiday Hotel in Livorno. The address was the same as the Grand Hotel which he said is very nice. But all was fine! Basically everything was the same as if I had booked directly with the Grand Hotel. The room was lovely. The staff were friendly. I had use of the roof top pool and bar, parking (at extra cost. Same as for all guests) etc. The only difference was a smaller window and not directly facing the sea. I have circled, in the photo, the room window. Hotiday seem to have those set of rooms. I am guessing as someone booking the Grand Hotel at the higher prices might complain about not having the usual view. But I spent the days outside the room so wasn’t bothered. The Pancaldi opposite is a great place to spend time. Pisa and Lucca are less than an hour away etc. I’d certainly book there again and via Hotiday.

On the beach front. The staff were friendly and very helpful, if occasionally a little light on relevant information. This may have been due to English not being their primary language. Once at the train station is a good place for base.Bus stops near the hotel.

Was a bit tired. Could benefit from some renovation.

The location next to the coast was perfect. The top floor restaurant and bar with great views out to sea were exceptional. Drinks and food were excellent.

Great place to stay if you are certain you don't need to change your reservation.

I needed to change my reservation to leave one day earlier for work. My next hotel, and the airline assisted with this however Hotiday hotel did not even try, I had to pay for the complete stay and I had booked 2 rooms

It's a beautiful building in the perfect location - right on the sea front. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. There was a facility for sunbathing on the roof as well

Unfortunately, the week I was there, the temperature dropped considerably, so at times my room felt a little cool. However, I understand that in Italy, after a certain date, by law the heating is switched off and can't be switched on again, so it wasn't the fault of the hotel staff
