The room was super clean and quiet, with classic and beautiful furniture. The floors and bathroom looked like they were recently redone.The staff made sure to prepare a lactose and gluten free breakfast for me, as requested, and were super nice and helpful. Lovely stay, I recommend it!

No real complaints here, because my stay was wonderful; if I had to say one thing, I guess I'm used to softer mattresses but the ones in the Hotel were not uncomfortable, in the least, just firmer.

Nice, clean, traditional hotel. Good breakfast. Pleasant location next to the waterfront. The centre of Livorno a half-hour walk or short drive away.

It's very close to the sea, it's an excellent location to leave your things and go for a swim. The room was very big and the bed giant and confortable. I like the way the hotel is careful and ecologically aware, and the staff was very nice.

My room was supposed to be soundproofed but it was on the ground floor near the lobby so I could hear everything from the lobby. It's not what I expected in this matter.

Quiet location with a bus stop just a couple of blocks away. Restaurants are within walking distance. The Mercato is about a 30 minute walk if you don't want to take the bus.

Location lovely. Arrived late after arriving at Pisa airport. Staff helped explain where the free overnight parking was, got a space literally outside the door! Went for a walk and drink on the promenade.Good breakfast, and then departed.

The room was spacious and had everything you need. It was a 20min walk from the city center along the coast area. We were very nice greeted when we arrived and received lots of restaurants recommendations for the evening. We only stayed for 1 night to catch the ferry next morning (10min drive away).

The room was large, clean and spacious. Plenty of tasty local restaurants. The staff were very pleasant, accommodating nd welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was a bit too firm, but the pillows made yo for it. The fridge didn't work very well. It was a but further from the city than I expected, but that's my fault. All small things that could be changed or are just my preference. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay.

Comfortable and clean

Disappointing breakfast and staff seemed to lack training and management. Welcomed at reception and helpful initially but changing staff members meant in consistency in level of service

Standard breakfast, would have been good to have cooked eggs.

Nowhere to sit outside except two little chairs outside the breakfast area for smokers.

We booked Our room from Hotel Navy but they send us “Picollo Navy”. Picollo Navy is o room only at an apartment. Clean room but not hotel.

The staff is really nice, room is clean, bed is comfy.

Only the parking can sometimes be bit hard to find.

Beautiful property, really gorgeous and it’s nice to stay somewhere different instead of a chain hotel! Nice location on the sea. Spacious room. We had a good stay.

Nothing really, but the shower door is a little annoying.

Hotel was not far from the promenade on the seawall where we could enjoy the ocean. Near a very good restaurant. The staff went way beyond to be kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast.

Park on the street. Sometimes hard to find a parking spot.

Location is in the nice part of Livorno. Close to the ocean walk! Room was very nice and charming. We got the room with the balcony and loved looking out at the sky.

Location is perfect,right by the sea in a quiter area and just around 15min walk to the historic center. The staff,especially the ladies at the reception,were absolutely great,very nice and very helpful. We were recommended a great Italian restaurant for dinner just a few steps away. The hotel is very nice and stylish,the room are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was smaller variety but great croissants and wonderful coffee. It really did exceed our expectations

We liked everything

Located just outside the inner city, but close to a bus station.

Though the room was advertised as having an aircon, it is preset (fixed) to humidity only. Hotel does not put the unit in on zairrcon mode. Our room was close to reception so a bit noisy at night.

The room was exactly as shown on the pictures. High ceiling makes the room feel more spacious. The room was clean and spotless.

Breakfast was simple. It doesn’t mean that it was bad but there is a opportunity for improvement like serving really fresh fruits & veggies, more bread variety, scrambled eggs that are not cold.
